I do agree that rivnuts will be a better option than pop rivets, but typically when installing something like the Bargman LED Double Tail Light - 5 Function - 18 Diodes - Colonial White Base - Red and Clear Lens # 47-84-001, you can also just use screws to attach it. This will usually be a lot easier and less expensive than either option. In order to determine whether or not the CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly part # CE13511 will fit your trailer, I would need to know the bearing numbers/measurements and the grease seal numbers/measurements on the trailer hubs you have now. The anti-swivel base on the # C45WR is missing a tab on one side to make it compatible with the sway control tab. This does not adversely impact the performance. The Timbren Axle Less System item # A35RS545E is somewhat similar to a torsion axle. These mount to the sides of the trailer frame and use a rubber spring that is similar to a torsion spring for suspension. This kit comes with electric brake assemblies and hub/drums that have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.
This system does not have any lift or drop. If your torsion axle is using a 2" lift kit you would need to remove it to install the Timbrens.

Since we don't carry Allen bike racks, we don't offer a brand-specific lock that would work. Typically, the bike rack manufacturers use threaded hitch pins that have a proprietary thread pitch, so you're forced to purchase their hitch locks. You are correct, as far as tire and wheel combos that come pre-mounted with a load range D 225/75-15 radial tire on aluminum wheel that has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, we don't have any. A larger selection can be found with the more common 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern for the 225/75-15 tire/wheel assemblies.

I have a potential solution for you, but there is no gasket made specifically for the Optronics LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light # MCL44RB1.
You could potentially use the Foam Gasket for MC32 Series Lights # A32GB. The MCL32 series measures 4" x 2" instead of the 4" x 1-1/2" that your MCL44 series measures.
