  Both the Curt 7-way part # C58155 and the Pollak # PK11916 use the same round 7-way wiring connector and would fit your 2005 Chevy Silverado. The advantage to the Pollak for your truck is the twist lock style of fit that allows it to fit right into the bumper mounting location on your truck for a cleaner install.
