Get the safest and most comfortable ride while hauling your camper with tie-downs that mount on the frame of your pickup. Great for your truck's looks: remove the arms from the brackets and you'll hardly know that the brackets are there.
Features:
If you're looking for the best tie-downs for your camper, frame-mounted is the way to go. The frame is the most solid part of your entire vehicle, so it just makes sense to attach your camper to something that's not going to warp, bend, or twist. Even more importantly, the camper's center of gravity will sit lower and its weight will be spread across the entire bed. This avoids a top-heavy load perched on top of your bed rails that's liable to sway and get pushed around by crosswinds. The camper's not going to shift or slide around while you drive; it's going to stay put, and your truck is going to handle just like it does without a camper.
Quick Tip: If you have a plastic or spray-in bed liner, it's important that you use a rubber mat under the camper to eliminate any sliding or bouncing.
Frame-mounted tie-downs are also a great pick for preserving your truck's good looks. The brackets install on the frame, tucked nearly flush with the underside of the vehicle. Remove the arms from the brackets when you're not hauling your camper, and the brackets will be barely visible.
Completely custom to your vehicle, the tie-downs attach to exisiting holes in your frame so that there's little to no drilling and no need for any modifications. Because they're custom, you'll want to use our in-house application guide to make sure you get the exact right model. The tie-downs you need might be different depending on what type of hitch or other accessories you have.
Once the tie-downs are installed, use a set of turnbuckles (sold separately) to secure the camper to the tie-downs. The shank on each arm has 2 pin holes so you can choose how far out they extend, that way the turnbuckles can reach the anchors on your camper without making contact with your truck. Tighten the turnbuckles to the correct level of tension (not too tight!).
Make sure the anchor points are offset from the tie-downs instead of lined up with them so that they will hold your camper from multiple angles. This is important for keeping your camper from shifting. Two holes in the attachment plate of the tie-downs let you find the best angle for you camper anchors.

Torklift tie downs are very well made, tried he bumper attached one but I guess bumpers aren't what they used to be I saw bending at the tie down after one trip. So bought these. Entrailer as usual priced well and fast shipping.
Tommy C recommended the TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs. The Instructions are great and very easy to follow. They supply some cool wire helpers to hold bolts in the frame for you. All went very smoothly and a very secure. I love how solid the Camper feels on the truck.
No complaints they work as they should. Watch if your have aftermarket exhaust. Make sure you have clearance.
A little on the pricey side but they are heavy duty and well built. They work great and still look new after the first year.
The camper tie downs do not fit my vehicle and they won’t honor free shipping back to them. Customer service isn’t good and they apparently do not have ones to fit my vehicle.
The holes did not line up going to have to have machine shop modify holes.$[XX] dollar expense.
Solid set up for my truck little tricky to install need 2 guys at least I did but very solid set up
I bought the TLC3212 for a pop up cabover camper. This is a strong well made steel mount that will outlast the truck. Total installation time for this was 15 minutes so its easy. That being said the written instructions are worthless and before you read them just put it in the fireplace kidling box. The video, unlike the TLC2220, is poor with many opportunities for remaking. Fortunately the mount is simple so most that can turn a wrench will figure it out. Note to the manufacture, please replace the long 2' bolt with a shorter one so you can get it into the leaf spring box.
Product went on easily, but not heavy enough for the Lance 1181 installed on my truck. Even the spring loaded connectors bent the brackets and had to have both front and rear strengthened while traveling in the Yukon.
I installed the front tie-downs without any problem, except the factory bed bolts are to short, about 2-3 threads, I know this because if you torque bolts to 50ft. lbs. you will strip the threads in the nut, I had to tap out nut and go to the next size, on one side only, got longer bolt for other side. Other than that, the instructions are very good and made installing easy.
These rear tie downs work fairly good - some issue with the bolt next to the frame, not enough room for washer and nut. will have to keep a eye on it to see if it works loose.
Easy enough to install. Very strong mounts. Wouldn’t use anything else.
TorkLift frame mounted Tie-Downs installed nicely, and work very well. Travelled across the country and back hauling my truck camper with no issues.
These require a decent effort to install and an entire afternoon, but their solid and sturdy design provides confidence that you're camper isn't going anywhere. I've driven up/down some pretty rough mountain roads with no worries. They clear the diesel exhaust pipe just fine- which was one of my concerns.
No problem with installation. They have worked perfectly on a two and a half month trip of 8500 miles including off road boondocking. Got them to replace an original bumper hold down because the bumper was being bent upward.
Very easy ordering from e-trailer and the install went very smooth. Pretty easy task almost anyone can do. My only complaint would be that I wish manufacturers would start including nylon lock nuts rather than split lock washers. It all still worked great either way. Thank!
Perform well. Hard to install through the truck frame. I lost one bolt in the frame; otherwise, good product.
Easy no drill install. They work great!
Will get things done - take your time and follow the directions - It'll help to have a variety of tools both standard and metric at hand - - - -
