every thing ordered fit perfectly a little labor intensive but job completed in approximately 6 hrs shear springs will make a big difference as the old ones had worn out and were splitting bad on left side not so much on right but replaced both sides and all bushings and new wet bolts and shackles now the suspension is like new as my Montane is 10 yrs old

by:

Along with replacing the springs on my tandem trailer I upgraded the equalizers shackles and installed with the wet bolt hardware. I am very satisfied with the quality of components. etrailer’s customer service and quick delivery will continue to be my first go to when I need parts.

by:

You need to make these brackets fo the sumo spring. My wet Bolt kits were great ! Much needey.

I sent the following comments by email earlier:

Nothing
looks damaged although the packaging for shipment could be better. And when I opened the box with the shackles and wet bolts, it was obvious this was a returned order by someone else. It was not properly repackaged, and everything thrown in the box loose. Most of the parts were already cut out of the plastic shrink wrap and carboard backing. The only thing I can see missing at this point is the instructions. However, I have watched enough of the videos provided by eTrailer to be familiar with the installation process.

Thought I would let you know.

by:

They are better than original. They have bronze bushings instead of oem plastic and they are greaseable. The most important part to me is that I was able to call etrailer and tell them about my need for these with the Road Armor and they were able to tell me which set to get. This modification allows me to pull the trailer safely and without issue down the road.

by:

These shackle turned out to be very well built, nearly twice the thickness and assuming you have basic mechanical skills, and can safety lift and support your unit to install, they were very easy to install. Mine have been installed for about a year and maybe 7K miles with no issues to report. While, I don't know how important the greasable aspect of these shackles are, it is nice to know I can easily grease them each year while inspecting my bearings.

by:

When starting the installation remove the shackles from the fixed hangers first. When lowering the spring to expose the old bushing after taking out the bolt, lower it just far enough so it stays in the hanger but you can still knock the old bushing out. This way if the spring is slightly load to one side it will be easy just to jack the spring eye back in place with out have to struggle to line it back up. Ask me how I know. Other than that it was pretty straight forward. Looks to be well built.

After Ashley and others helped in an emergency situation overnighting another package of MORryde wet-bolts/shackles, I was able to complete the installation along with a Correct Track Alignment/Lift Kit. This was a JOB with 2 dudes hard at it to get the wet bolts/shackles on with the alignment and lift kit, getting the axles aligned just in time to hit the road for our long scheduled vacation... I was missing 2 longer wet bolts for some reason? I have to to tell you it was FRANTIC at the end, since I was doing my own work luckily with a friends help. It's a 2 person job.But ETRAILER came through! Thank you gals and guys! Rated a 4 only because there weren't enough longer bolts that were missing. ETrailer sales and tech are a 5!

by:

I like that I can grease the bolts as the old ones were seized up. What I do need is four more bolts like the ones that go with the shackles for the other end of the spring. The existing springs had 1/4” positioning plates. I used existing bolts for now. Do you sell just four of the longer bolts?

by:

The package arrived as scheduled. Must have gotten banged around as the box had slight damage in one corner and two of the shackels were broken away from the package. The shackels sure look heavy duty. I could see a bolt breaking before any of these shackels

by:

I have not installed them yet. But I did receive them today and man they look amazing. I was unaware of the existence of these, even when I was looking for replacement parts. Luckily I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I called in late one evening and received the help I truly deserved!
I was promptly helped to find the items I truly needed. No more worried for me. I had several issues with my order (all my fault) and each one was addressed perfectly.

Got my upgrade kit yesterday along with new springs and Road Armor equalizer. This will be a huge improvement over the stock units i had on the trailer. I want to give kudos to etrailer for the prompt and quality shipping. Everything is great. Also, to @BigTruckBigRV for the invaluable information on the different types of equalizers and parts. His report guided me to etrailer. Finally, and big thanks to Phillip and this guidance and suggestions. I had shopped on the web site and had a pretty good idea of what i was looking for and at. Phillip made a couple of key suggestions and really tied it all together for me. Thanks Phillip.

by:

This kit is so much heavier than the original I was concerned that I ordered the correct kit. Thanks to the ETrailer support staff for assisting me and getting the correct kit, the figment was perfect. Installation was very easy.
I’m glad I ordered the kit when I did as the original plastic bushings were already worn out.

by:

Everything fit very well, easy to install. I did have to drill out my equalizers for the bushings but my equalizers are of an old design. Very satisfied.

by:

Great phone service.. help with solution and product selection.
"How to" video most helpful!
Outstanding product is heavy duity, 3× thicker steele than original shackles.. only negative was delivery time was two days later than promised even though order shipped immediatly... recomend UPS rather than USPS..

I installed the MORryde CRE3000 and wet bolt kit on my 2021 East to West Alta 2850KRL and it was the easiest install you could want. From the time I jacked it up and got the tires off, total time spent was 2 1/2 hrs. That included running to the tire shop to have new tires mounted. Can't wait to get it on the road to see how it handles. Thanks E trailer.

by:

Replaced our old bolts with these new ones. Have over 6500 miles on them and the trailer pulls alot smoother, less noise from the suspension. This was the right choice to install on our Montana 5th wheel trailer.

by:

Please see attached photo of how this package arrived, the outside box was not damaged at all. This means someone at etrailer really packed it like that and thought it was fine.

by:

The MORyde Suspension Upgrade kit is a very solid and heavy duty kit. The shackle straps are twice the thickness of the straps that came on the RV and the wet bolts will be a great upgrade for the RV I haven't installed it yet, so I can't comment of the installation and ride. I will be installing this on my 5th wheel RV, triple axle.

I took a star off the review because of the packaging. These items come laid out on a piece of cardboard and then vacuum packed to the cardboard. When the item arrived, it was not packaged very well. All pieces had broken away from the packaging and were pretty much free floating in the box. Nuts had come off some of the bolts and the bronze bushings had fallen off. It doesn't look like the threads of the bolts were damaged. There was also one shackle strap that was missing from the package, only 5 were in the box.

I contacted etrailer support and Adam took care of this issue right away. He contacted MORyde and they are sending out the missing shackle strap. Hope to have it soon.

1 star
These bushings have entirely
to much slop
About .030 worth
If my original shackles weren’t busted I would have returned this rebuild kit
As for the curved equalizer 1 star as well
Much thinner castings that my “stock” original parts
And the bushing holes are machined crooked and off center

E-trailer doesn’t want comments on their shipping but my orders in the last couple years has been extremely unreliable
I will probably never use this company again

by:

Very pleased with this purchase. Make the ride lots smoother. Installation was a breeze and instruction east to follow. Anyone with tools can do themselves ( need Jack and Jack stands for the weight of your unit)...
I thought the price was good and have purchase a number of things from etrailer.... always happy!

by:

Compared to the stock suspension and wetbolts....MORryde has them beat. Glad I did the upgrade. There were other options but I choose these products due to price, availability, and recognition in the community. etrailer....thanks.

by:

Installed quick & easy , gave it a 4 because I think the bolts should be grade 8 , just my opinion, the straps are heavy duty and the bronze bushings are a must, watch the video before i started to have a game plan

by:

I just installed these today with the help of a talented friend. It took us about 3 hrs total and there were absolutely no surprises whatsoever. We lifted one side of the trailer and completed the work with the other side resting on the tires. I thought the weight of the trailer on the other wheels would mess with us but it had no bearing on what we were doing, it may have even helped us. After finishing the first side in 1 1/2 hrs, we did the second side in a little over an hour. I was surprised. After finishing each individual side we greased the zerks, installed the wheels and tires, and moved to the other side. I'm very impressed. These shackles are twice the thickness of what came with this Jayco RV. So far I'm a happy camper. I can't imagine any issues going forward, but if any crop up I will surely report back.

by:

These arrived today and look like well made components. I'm especially happy that they're made in the USA. I hope that MORryde knows that where things are made, especially when they relate to people's safety, is very important.
The item was well packaged and arrived to me in great shape although USPS was a bit slow. Etrailer communication was excellent as always.
