Perfect for light-duty towing, this custom, vehicle trailer hitch receiver features fully welded, gloss powder coated steel construction. Drawbar sold separately.I just installed the hitch today. The hitch installed easily once the bumper was removed. The most difficult portion was getting the moulding off the fenders and getting the tail lights out. I am happy with the fit and finish overall.
We installed this hitch on my wife’s brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid SE. With an installation difficulty rating of 10 out of 10, we knew we had to take our time. It ended up taking us almost 4 hours instead of 2, but we also installed the wiring harness for the trailer while we had the bumper cover off. We also took the time to test all of the car and trailer lights before putting everything back together. The step-by-step installation instructions are great. Everything went very smoothly.
