The Curt # C11485 will fit, however, it has a maximum tongue weight of 200lbs, max towing capacity of 2,000lbs, and is 1-1/4".   I did some looking around and it doesn't actually look like there is a hitch that will work with your 2016 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG. The hitch # C11485 you're looking at is only going to work with the C300 and will not work with your C63. The only place I was able to find a hitch that is supposed to fit your vehicle was U-Haul, but I'd be wary since no one else offers a hitch.
