Easy installation.
I had a local garage install the hitch for me as I don't have a lift at the house. They were sceptical when I told them is was made for my vehicle and was just a bolt on. Well, it fit as designed was installed very quickly. Thank you for a good product.
I would like to say that this was my first experience with Etrailer.com and my first time buying/installing a receiver hitch. Finding the correct hitch for my vehicle and placing the order was simple. The item was shipped within 24 hours and arrived in only a few days. The biggest negative of the process was the packaging. The hitch was poorly packaged and had torn through the box. The hitch was protruding from the box in several locations. The good news is the hitch was not damaged. I unboxed the hitch and found the instruction sheet for my vehicle as well as a hitch pin were taped to the hitch. This was odd but not a big deal. The only negative on the hitch is that the paint did not seem to be completely cured. It was tacky to touch and smelled like paint. I don't know if this will effect the finish long term. So the installation went well. The instructions were good. One suggestions I would like to make is to use an adhesive to attach the spacers to the hitch before you slide it under the bumper. Trying to hold two spacers and the hitch in place while inserting a bolt in a space that your hands barely fit was very difficult. I eventually finished installing the hitch. I have been using it for two weeks so far and no problems. I have been checking tension on my bolts and so far they are holding strong!
Fits perfect custom and with this particular trailer hitch style it is just a 2 1/2"x 2" 1/2" cut.
Great customer experience from start to finish! From the time I placed my order, I was informed throughout every step about the status of my order. The product is great quality and I cannot wait to try out my new bike rack on this trailer hitch receiver. I ordered it on sept 10th, and received it September 15th. Already got it installed. I took it to a local garage to get it installed, but it took less than an hour to complete and was only $60 (worth it if you don’t have tools and a car lift).
The hitch works great. Had a place 10 minutes away that put it on in about 20 minutes. The wife uses it all the time for her bike. It is solid and holds the bike rake so you don't even know it is on the car. Being on a 2016 Versa Note I can't tow anything(per Nissan) but it works great for 2 bicycles.
VERY easy to install. Took less than 30 minutes. Instructions were good. Common sense and logic goes a long way... Installed on a 2016 Nissan Versa Note.

The hitch and accessories made it to my house a day early. A little hard putting hitch into place because I have big hands and arms. Jack both sides up makes job a lot easier. Use safety measures so the car don't crush yourself. Pretty happy all worked as planned. I ordered wrong ball. My trailer is a old style TSC takes a 1 7/8 and I ordered a 2 inch ball. So everything else great. Now I have to worry about my car pulling a load and not ruining my transmission. I got it to haul 4wheeler and a load of water melons separate. So should work. Thanks
The unit works well especially with my small car. It was easy to install all by my lonely self. The only thing is that the arm supports were not designed to fold down when not in use - but I can live with that.
Bought the hitch to put on my car so I could use the bike carrier (the one that went to the old car wouldn't fit the current car) and maybe bicycle more often on the bike trail. I did bike more last summer than I am this summer (new job, new hours cut onto my biking enjoyment) but I'm sure the hitch is ready to go whenever I am available. I do not plan to pull anything heavier than the bike carrier with a couple of bikes on. It has meet my needs and desires.

The hitch arrived MUCH sooner than expected. Installation was super easy. My son and brother completed the installation in about half an hour. The hitch worked as expected. I used it to secure one of those hitch luggage racks for our trip to Florida. Exactly zero problems!!
So far we are very satisfied with the trailer hitch and this company. Ordering was easy. Shipping was free (always a plus). Very reasonable prices. Great instructions with pictures. Hitch and hardware seem very solid and hardy. Installation went exactly as it was supposed to and fit perfectly on my Versa Note. We have not put any load on the hitch as of yet but plan to purchase a hitch-mounted bike rack which shouldn't be too heavy so do not anticipate any problems.
Received the hitch in 3-4 days; it was packed well and undamaged. The instructions were clear and installation was pretty simple. The most challenging part was cutting a hole in the underside of the bumper cover (it's a new car and I was a bit nervous about that). The measurements from the enclosed diagram were spot-on though, and I completed the whole process in less than 90 minutes.
The hitch and harness adapter have worked great. Very satisfied.

Great fit. A little tight getting the second washer on passenger side. Used a little caulk to hold washer between hitch and frame and it went together fine.

Great! I recieved item on time. Right before covid. The product took about 40 minutes to install and thats getting tools and reading instructions. I take it easy when pulling. So not to ruin transmission. Also abide by tounge weight. I suggest this product to anyone for their nissan hatchback pulling needs. Thanks
