Hitch was bent slightly and mounting holes wouldn’t line up. Was able to use sledgehammer and pry bar to straighten enough to work. No time to send back.

This flex happens regularly since the hitch is made with mild steel which helps it to flex over potholes and curbs. Here is a help article on how to fix the problem:

2011 Honda Accord

Easy installation. Helps to have two people, however, I installed it alone with the help of jack stands. I highly recommend the Curt receiver. I have another Curt receiver on my 2011 Honda Accord that I also purchased from etrailer.com.

I just finished hauling a load of bush and tree trimmings to the dump with my utility trailer. Attached is a close up photo of the receiver in use.

2014 Scion tC

Very straight forward installation on my 2014 Scion tC ... Having a 6" extension for your ratchet and torque wrench is ideal. The receiver end fits perfectly under the center rear bumper fascia in a non-obtrusive manner. Pictures attached ...

Funny thing ... it actually took me longer to take all the annoying stickers and residual adhesive off my hitch receiver hardware than it did to actually install it! :-]] Thank you eTrailer!

2015 Scion tC

Got for 2015 Scion tC came 3 days early on free ground ship from etrailer for over 99$ purchase in Missouri to Baltimore, Maryland in 2 days. There was no drilling and the hardware and instructions were put in the square hitch itself for shipping. Took about 10 min to install. The only thing I wanted to order and forgot to was the 1-1/4” rubber end cap for when it’s not in use. Nice job guys! Keep it up.

  • Can Curt Hitch C11375 Be Used as Recovery Point Since Tow Hook Gets Removed
The safety chain loops of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11375 could certainly be used as a recovery point in the event you get the vehicle stuck in snow. Essentially the hitch would be a sturdier attachment point anyway since it attaches to both sides of the vehicle frame instead of just the one side like the tow hook did. Curt has also informed us that you can reinstall the tow hook over the hitch if you use long enough bolts.

  • Will Curt Trailer Hitch # C113753 Fit 2015 Subaru BRZ
I do have an option for you, however the Curt Trailer HItch Receiver # C11375 that you referenced is designed for the 2014-2016 Scion tC and will not fit your 2015 Subaru BRZ. For your Subaru I instead recommend the Curt Class I Round Tube Receiver Hitch # C11379. This custom hitch will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame for a no-drill installation. All the needed hardware is included. I have attached the written installation instructions that you can also check out. If you will...

  • Trailer Hitch Fit for 1996 or 1997 Toyota Corolla
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11375 is not a fit for your Toyota Corolla. It is a fit for 2014-2016 Scion tC models. The tabs even if they were to fit will not allow that hitch to work on your Corolla. To ensure the vehicle model year, you can have your VIN number checked with your local Toyota dealer. For a 1996 or 1997 Toyota Corolla Sedan, Curt # C11181 is a confirmed fit.

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 1983 Toyota Pickup
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11375 is designed for a 2014 - 2016 Scion tC so it will not fit your 1983 Toyota Pickup without extensive modifications. Unfortunately, we do not have a custom fit trailer hitch for your Toyota Pickup but we do have some universal fit options for you like the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13703 which will require modifications but nothing too crazy. Usually just drilling a few holes or welding the frame brackets, whichever you are...

  • Which Hitch will Fit a 2014 Scion tC
I have a similar hitch I can recommend for your Scion tC, but the hitch you mentioned is not listed as a fit so it would not be the correct one for you. Instead, you would want the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11375 which has been confirmed as a fit for your 2014 Scion tC and actually has a much better price.

  • 2015 Scion TC Series 9 Trailer Hitch Availability
We di bit gave a hitch that will fit your Scion Tc with center exhaust. We do have trunk mounted bike rakes like the Yakima HangOut 2 # Y02637 if you need to carry bikes or can even set you up with a roof rack to carry cargo if that would help.

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch for 2018 RAV4 Hybrid SE
The Curt hitch, part # C11375, is designed specifically for the Scion tC. It won't fit your 2018 Toyota RAV4 hybrid but we do have hitches that will. Out of all of them I recommend the Curt Class III, part # C13406. A Class III hitch is 2 inches and has a much higher capacity than the Class I you were looking at. There's also a much larger variety of accessories that fit. If you're going to be towing a trailer with your RAV4 you also need a ball mount. I've linked our selection to...

  • Compatibility of Class I Hitch w/Thule Parkway Bike Rack on 2014 Scion tC
The 2014 Scion tC uses a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. Rather than the Curt # C11375, I'd recommend going with the Draw-Tite Class I hitch, part # 24921. The Draw-Tite model is almost identical in appearance, and has the same weight bearing capacity and install procedure at a slightly lower price. The Thule Parkway 2 bike is no longer offered but was only compatible with a 2 inch receiver opening. I'd recommend the Thule Camber, part # TH9058 which is a nicer rack...

  • Does Curt Hitch C11375 Fit a 2016 Scion tC
Yes, the Curt Hitch part # C11375 that you referenced is confirmed as a fit for all models of the 2016 Scion tC except those with center exhause, so it would work well on a RS 10 model. The most popular bike rack we carry that has been confirmed to fit this vehicle is the Thule Camber 2 part # TH9058. We asked our demo and install guys to name their favorite, most easy-to-use bike racks and this one showed up in nearly everyone's top three. Check out the review video I attached for more...

  • Recommended Cargo Carrier for Class I Trailer Hitch Receiver
The trailer hitch receiver you referenced, the Curt # C11375, is a Class I hitch, so you'll need a Class I compatible cargo carrier, and we do have a great option that will allow you to easily carry your equipment, which is a carrier from Curt: - 48" long x 20" wide: Curt Cargo Carrier # C18145 The Curt carrier is a great option due to its 6" tall sides which make it easier to tie your cargo down and it weighs just 29 lbs so it's easy to handle. This carrier comes with an anti-rattle...

  • Trailer Hitch Recommendation For 2016 Toyota Corolla
I do have a hitch option for the 2016 Toyota Corolla but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit part # C11375 is a fit for the Scion Tc. I recommend the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11265 for the 2016 Toyota Corolla because it provides more ground clearance than the other option. When you carry accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier, they are less likely to drag the ground with more ground clearance. I have attached an installation video for your reference....

  • Trailer Hitch Receiver to Carry a Bike Rack on a 2016 Scion tC
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11375 is confirmed to fit all models of your 2016 Scion tC. I've linked the install instructions for you. The Curt hitch does require you to also use a support strap, # 18050, with a bike rack as an extra safety measure. A great bike rack in either hitch is the Kuat Beta # B202-114. This is a great, light weight rack that will fit into the Class I hitch receiver on your Scion.

  • Trailer Hitch Recommendation that Includes Hardware for a 2014 Scion tC
Yes, the Curt trailer hitch # C11375 for your 2014 Scion tC comes with the installation hardware. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you. If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch. Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch...
