Durable Polypropylene Construction
Polypropylene trailer fenders are durable and lightweight alternatives to steel and aluminum fenders. They provide the same amount of protection from road debris as metal fenders at a fraction of the cost. Plus polypropylene fenders won't rust or corrode, which makes them perfect for boat and PWC trailers. Because the color is molded into the plastic on this fender, there is no exterior paint or finish that can scratch or wear off. And this fender is UV-resistant, so its color won't fade in the sun.

Speaker: Today, we're going to be reviewing the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders with top and side steps. These are going to be for a 12-inch wheels. For one fender, you can use Part Number CE19502. If you need two fenders, you can use Part Number CE19502-2. The round fender is going to cover the tires on your single axle trailer. They're going to act as the splash guard to keep road debris from hitting on the vehicles and to help to help protect your trailer's cargo. It's going to have that built-in fender skirt 00:00:26 here on the backside, that's going to give us a height of 8 1/4 of an inch.
That way, it's going to protect the trailer's cargo or whatever it is that you're hauling. It's going to keep things from flying into that space as well. You're going to get 3 steps on the fender, one on each side and then one on top. It's going to let you easily climb into and out of your trailer. This system is going to offer a weight capacity of 300 pounds. The steps on the side are going to measure identical to one another, the one on top is going to be a little bit different.
I'm just measuring the gripped 00:00:54 surface area. The steps on the side are going to give us a measurement, 4 5/8 of an inch by 6 1/2. The one here on top is going to give us a measurement of 4 5/8 by 5 1/8 of an inch. These fenders are going to be made from a durable polypropylene construction. They're going to be corrosion-proof and rust-resistant. The gray color is a nice color to have.
It's actually molded into the plastic so it's not going to scratch or wear off over time. This unit is designed to be a bolt-on installation attaching to your trailer's existing brackets. Drilling is required because it does not have any pre-drilled mount holes so you'll need to do that to get it all the way installed. CE Smith Fenders are going to be made in the USA. Again, this is for single axle trailers with 12-inch diameter wheels. Taking a look at the over-all measurements, starting with the over-all length, this is going to give us a measurement, measuring from edge to edge of 37 3/8 of an inch long.
Over-all height is going to be 9 1/2 inches to the very top here. Then, if we take a look at the over-all width measuring from edge to edge, it's going to give us a measurement of 8 7/8 of an inch wide. That's going to do it for our review of the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders. Again, for one fender Part Number CE19502. If you need two fenders, you can use Part Number CE19502-2. .
