Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this 15 foot long, stick on, hollow, half round, rubber seal for RVs and enclosed trailers. Now I want to zoom in to show you the type of seal it is. You can see it as a hollow, half round, rubber seal and it's used to prevent water from leaking into doors and drop gates on your RV or enclosed trailer. It can also be used on storage compartments and hatches. This type of seal's commonly found on the Jayco Seismic Octane and the Talon Trailer drop gates and more.
Now this product, this will protect your RV from an any extreme weather and pests. You can see it as a hollow tube design and it's also a peel and stick installation, has a nice pre-applied 3M adhesive backing. You just simply peel off the backing paper and then apply the seal to the surface. If you notice it does come with two alcohol prep pads used for cleaning the surface before you install it. And one feature I do want to mention, if you look real close, this seal features the skirted peel and stick recess adhesive design.
If you notice the recess tape on the bottom, it's sort of underneath the seal, but if you notice the sides of the seal sort of come down and they call that a skirted peel and stick design. And that feature protects the adhesive tape from collecting moisture and debris and when you do install this seal it gives a nice finished look when the seal's in place. A few dimensions on this, again, it's 15 foot in length, the width of the seal is three quarter inches wide, overall height is nine sixteenths inches tall and this part is made in the USA. But that should do it for the review on this 15 foot long, stick on, hollow, half round rubber seal for RVs and enclosed trailers..

The rubber fit exactly on the RV compartment door very well. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.
Good quality, good adhesive, easy application. The website however was difficult while trying to order a rubber cement. I never did find the rubber cement.
Look for quite awhile to find the correct weather seal for my hybrid drop down beds. Manufacturer wanted to sell me a one thousand foot roll. At 2.00 dollars a foot. Finally found the exact replacement on etrailer at an awesome price.
