Hi, there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Timken replacement race. This is a high quality 25520 race. It's gonna work with all the bearing models that you see on the screen there. So if you are needing to replace race for any of those bearings, this is gonna be a great option for you because this is a Timken product you can trust it is gonna be really great quality. If you're not familiar, Timken is one of the most well known and highly trusted brands in the industry because their products are engineered with higher quality controls which ensures tighter tolerances and run out than other manufacturers.
That's gonna help reduce your vibrations and noise and lead to a longer life when properly installed. And the higher quality is even evident in the way that this product comes individually packaged and oiled so that when it arrives, it's gonna be in great condition, ready to be installed for you. This does use the industry standard part number there. The 25520 is printed right there on the race. So that's gonna be a very simple way if you're removing your current race, you see that number anywhere, you can trust that this is gonna be a a very easy switch out for you.
But if you don't see that number and the only other way to properly verify that this is gonna fit your application is to measure the outside diameter. And that is a very exact measurement. So I would recommend using some digital calipers that go down to a thousandth of an inch. So if we measure that, you can see we're sitting at 3.265 of an inch. So again, it's gonna be pretty precise.
And so if you can find that number printed on your original race, that's gonna make it much easier for you just to verify that this is gonna work for you.
