Today we're going to take a look at the K-Source custom extendible passenger side electric towing mirror with the heat and turn signal. Now this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2000 to 2005 Excursion, 2001 to 2007 Ford 250 and 350 Super Duty trucks and also the 2001 to 2007 Ford F350, F450 and F550 Cabin Chassis vehicles, and on a custom fit part I always like for you to go to our website, use our fit guide, put in your year, model of vehicle, and it will show you if this will work for your application.Now, this is a nice extendible towing mirror, which will replace the factory side view mirror on your vehicle. No need for those snap on or strap on mirrors that you have to constantly put on and take off. This mirror does offer a telescoping function, makes it very easy to see around the side of your trailer, so that you can safely change lanes, pass and park. All you have to do is pull the mirror like this, away from your vehicle and extend your line of sight by about three and half inches.

Then when you're done, all you have to do is push the mirror right back into place when you're not towing.It does offer power mirror adjustment, lets you change the mirror face position with the factory control inside your vehicle. Does offer the heated mirror glass, clears any frost and ice, reduces fogging and if you look on the end right here, there's an actual amber light on the side here, and this will light up when your turn signal's activated.It does have a built in spotter mirror, that's the small mirror right here at the bottom; helps reduce blind spots, you adjust that one manually. And this mirror offers the hinge design to it, that allows you to fold the mirror up against your vehicle for parking or for fitting into tight spaces.This mirror is in a nice durable plastic housing, has a nice textured black finish. It is custom fit for your vehicle. It is a simple, no-drill installation, has the same footprint and mounting plates as your factory mirrors.

Comes with the foam gasket when you go to install it, and the mirror right here, you can see, will plug into your existing electrical wiring.Now this part is for the passenger side mirror only, it does include the mounting nuts you can see, which are already on there for installation. A few dimensions on the mirror itself; the width on the mirror is right at 6 7/8 inches wide. Total height on the mirror is 8 1/8 inches tall, and the spotter mirror, that's going to be about 1 7/8 inches tall. Now the distance from the edge of the mirror to the vehicle, when it's retracted, like it is now, is 18 inches. When you extend it out it's 21 1/2 inches.This mirror is Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard approved, and one last note is the power remote capability, the heated glass, the turn signal in this mirror, it will only work if your vehicle already has those functions on it.
