Today we're going to be taking a look at part number EM59503. This is the Erickson Bolt-On Tow Hook. It's also going to come with the keeper. This is going to help secure the strap onto the hook. You can see how it would install here. All you got to do is place it on there, line the holes up, and then install the including mounting hardware. This is going to provide a good attachment point for your tow strap.
It bolts on quickly and easily. It can be used for a variety of industrial, agricultural, or recreational purposes. It's solid steel construction. It's got a nice chrome-plated finish on it. It will stand up well against rust and corrosion. The actual hook is going to have a max capacity of 10,000 pounds.
The mounting holes here are going to have a diameter of 1/2". They're going to be separated center-on-center by 1-3/8". The overall length of the tow hook, measuring from this point here out to this point here, that's going to give us a measurement of about 5-1/2". If we look at the width of the actual mount location, it's going to give us a measurement of about 1-3/8" wide. The opening that this offers here at the hook is going to be right on 2". Again, the mounting hardware is included.
You're going to get two bolts as well as two lock nuts. Bolt-On Tow Hook is not designed as a custom fit application. This will work on a variety of applications. This chrome-plated, bolt-on tow hook works great for a variety of agricultural, industrial and recreational applications.Got these because I ordered a stainless steel brush guard from Warn for my winch, the tow hooks and hardware that came with it were black. So I replaced them with these to round out the stainless/chrome appearance. Also these have a higher weight limit than the ones from Warn, 10,000# vs. 8,000#.
Would have gave a 5, but the keepers where bent and twisted pretty badly, most likely during shipping. I got them straightened out and they look and work great. Standard shipping was good, arrived im 3 days.
Got delivered quickly. My tractor had hooks and someone removed them before I bough it. These bolted right up. These chrome ones were about the same price as painted ones I could have bought locally.
I have not installed them yet but they will fit, look, and work great on my Gator 590i.

hooks look good but they do not fit a 2012 GMC 1500 sierra sle pick up truck, you must go to a GMC dealer. I found this out the hard way.
