do these hooks fit my 2010 silverado extend cab,im looking for tow hooks that are a custom fit

The Erickson Bolt-On Tow Hook, item # EM59503, is not designed as a custom fit application but it may work on your 2010 Silverado. You will need to measure where the tow hooks attach on the vehicle to see if the mounting holes in the frame are 1-3/8 inches on center apart, and will accept 1/2 inch diameter bolts. A picture showing the mounting hole width is included.
If these above dimensions will work on your truck frame, and the orientation of the hook is correct in relation to the holes in your truck frame, these tow hooks will make a great addition to your truck.
These Tow hooks can also be mounted to any location on the frame that two 1/2 inch holes can be drilled to accommodate use and installation of the tow hooks.
The Erickson Recovery Tow Strap with Reinforced Loop Ends, 2 inch x 20 foot - 18,000 lbs, item # EM59500, would make a nice addition for use with the tow hooks also.
