Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and today we're taking a look at the replacement thread king bolt for your Meyer snow plows. So this is going to keep everything together, keep you back out on the road plowing effectively. So let's take a closer look at it.The bolt size is going to be a five eighths inch diameter, 11 bolt. The usable length, put a ruler on that from the head down, that's going to be three inches long. Put that around the other side, you can see that for yourself, three inches long there.
The head size is going to be about seven eighths of an inch and that'll be about the same for the nut. So a seven eighths inch socket or maybe a 15th/16th should get that in place. This is going to be a nylon lock nut or a nylock nut, so it should keep that down in place without it backing off. This is made in the USA, and that's pretty much going to do it for our look at the replacement thread king bolt and lock nut assembly. Thanks for watching.
