  Yes, I reached out to my contact at Detail K2 and he confirmed that the Light Kit # K281488 which also comes with the brackets as part # K281488LB2 will work with your parking lights if you connect the wiring that way. They are designed to connect to your high/low beam as well as your turn signals but since you splice them in on your own you can connect them only to the parking lights (if you have the option to only turn on your parking/running lights).
