Today on our 2013 Toyota Rav4 well be test fitting the Rhino Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack System using part numbers DA126 and DK043. With our roof rack system assembled according to the instructions, well begin our test fit by opening both front doors. Well place our front bar onto the front part of our roof. To ensure that we have it in the correct location, we need to measure 150 mm from the center of the door jam to the center of our leg footplate. Well do this measurement on both sides to ensure that our feet are in line with each other. Once we have it set in the correct location, we can then use the included tool to tighten our clamps to our roofline.
Well make our way from passengers side to the drivers side, tightening a little bit at a time to ensure that we do not lose our location. With the front bar set, well grab our rear bar and place it onto the rear part of our roof. To ensure that we have this bar in the correct spot we need to measure 750 mm from the center of the front leg footplate to the center of the rear leg foot plate. Well do this measurement on both sides to make sure that our feet are in line with each other and then our bars are parallel. Once we have that set, we can then repeat the same tightening process that we did with the front.
Well reinstall our lock pin covers and were ready to go. That completes todays test fit of the Rhino Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack System using part numbers DA126 and DK043 on our 2013 Toyota Rav4.

The shipping was less than stellar . Tforce sat on the items for 3 business days before finally calling . No tracking was provided for tforce till I called in to etrailer questioning why shipment went from ups to T FORCE . Driver from t force claimed he could not get into address location per length of his trailer . Had to meet driver at another address . Came back to original delivery address and fed ex freight was sitting in parking lot just fine ( had same size trailer as TFORCE ) . Tforce Driver was basically being lazy by not coming to original address . Hope etrailer changes shipping companies
Purchased for a Ram 3500 crew cab to transport my kayak while pulling a 5th wheel. Installation was fairly simple as long as you follow instructions. All the parts were correct and it looks good on the truck. The rack system feels robust and I'm sure will do its job as intended. Products arrive 3 days early!

That I recently purchased.
The rack fit well and was easy to install. Seems to be made well. The problem is the amount of road noise. I never even put the basket on. It was so loud, it roared. I repositioned it several times but the noise was way too much and I finally just removed it. I spent a lot of money for the rack and the basket and now they are in storage. I wish it would have worked out better because I thought it looked really good.
Looks good. Fits good. Loads easy enough. I like the rear load rollers. My truck is tall and I am small. I pull the kayaks up into Thor bed and push them up the rest roller without too much difficulty. I have not traveled with them yet.
Installed this and 65" Vortex Areo crossbars on a 2015 RAM 5500 chassis cab/crew cab. It is listed to fit 1500 to 3500 RAM's and neither Rhino-Rack or etrailer would confirm it would fit the 5500. My research suggested there was not much, if any difference, between the 3500 and 5500 crew cab, so ordered it any way. Installation was relatively easy, fit seemed to be good and have made multiple 200-300 mile trips with a 75lb kayak. Good price, great customer service and fast delivery through etrailer.
I bought these to be able to haul 4 kayaks on the roof of my 2017 Ram Mega cab while pulling our fifth wheel. We have use the Rhino Rack several times including a trip from Kentucky to Montana and back with no issues. I highly recommend the Rhino Rack for extra cargo capacity on top of your pickup. The instructions were good and installation was pretty straight forward. I plan to take the system off in the winter which will be easy to do.

Ordered a Rhino Rack for my 2014 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali. Rack arrived in very good shape and all items were there. Installing at this time and see no problems ahead.
This rack works perfectly on my Nissan Versa for carrying my two Perception Sound 9'6" kayaks. The Rhino-Racks look good to me. The kayaks can rest directly on the rubber pads on the rails, unlike the Yakama racks I had in the past that had bare pipe rails. Also, I expect I can buy parts to adapt this product to a different car without having to buy new towers. I am sorry there are not hooks or loops to attach bungees when carrying lumber. They are noisy in the wind, but less so when carrying the kayaks.
All fit perfect on my RAM 2500. Easy to install! All came together perfectly with the crossbars and THULE Kayak holders!

These racks where purchased to carry two 9.5 ft kayaks on a Ram truck while towing a Fifth wheel. One year and 15,000 miles since purchasing these racks, with multiple removal /reinstallation's, in addition hauling ladders, paddle boards etc they are still like new.

I received the roof rack kit sooner then expected. Everything arrived in good condition. The installation instructions where ok and the install went well. This is my 3rd order from etrailer and it will not be the last there customer service is the best I have dealt with in a long time. I have also installed the front receiver hitch the install went well and I am happy with the product
I wouldn’t say the install was easy, but it definitely wasn’t hard. Read the directions thoroughly, especially when you’re using the provided measuring pieces for underneath the racks. Also, take extreme care when tightening them to the vehicle. You’ll want to tighten each side evenly and it takes a bit of finesse to do so. A second set of eyes that can identify within 1/8-1/4 inch difference would be helpful for the party tightening. Other than that, product is well built and in NO WAY does it look cheap. etrailer, your tracking system is spot on. Kudos to your supply chain department. Cheers!
carry my old town pdl 120 kayak on my 2014 Ram 3500 Crew cab dually. Heavy kayak. I'm a full time rider and sometimes travel hundreds of miles before stopping. Never had an issue. Front rack had a lot of wind noise but I wrapped paracord around it...problem solved. Worth the money!
The staff at etrailer are knowledgable of which product was needed for application. Very pleasurable on the phone. The rhino rack system was shipped in days.
Very well constructed and seems very solid on the roof. Dodge Ram 3500. Loader will be a big help as well.
Good quality and locks are included. The plastic lock covers are flimsy but they will keep an honest person honest.
This rack is a great product and has worked great for the kayaks I hauled across the country over the last year. Only things I can complain about is the extra wind noise with them on, and the lack of strap anchors. Otherwise, has worked great for me.
The Rhino Rack system I purchased did an excellent job mounting up to my Ram 1500. Directions were off it seemed in dimensions for foot placement, but after manually adjusting, they work great and looks great with my roof rack!
Fast delivery everything was as is should be . Fit and quality was top notch would recommend . I used on a ram pickup for are kayaks when we tow trailer.

Product works as advertised on my 2016 Ram 1500. I used my old cross member and installed it on top of the cab to hold the front end of my tandem kayak. Awesome product.
Great system and works seamlessly with Thule Hulavator on 2018 Ram 2500. Bailey was a big help in putting the system together for me.
