Today on our two thousand sixteen Nissan Juke, we're doing a test it of the inno aero crossbars. The part number for the crossbar we're using today are INXB93, which is the bar for our back and INXB100 for the front. Our foot pack today is INXS200 and the fit kit for this vehicle is INK399. Now we already have our front bar put together. We've got one of our foot packs for the back bar. I'm going to show you how to put the last one together and then how we load it up onto our vehicle. Everything that you see here is included, the only thing you want to provide is a flat tape measure, even though regular tape measure, just to measure everything. We're going to start off with our foot pack here.
We're going to undo our bolts. That's simply twist loose. Then we'll pick our clamp and fit it over here. Then start to tighten down our bolt, just enough so that it stays connected and doesn't come loose. Perfect.
We'll flip this over. We can take the rubber portion here and secure it to the bottom of our foot pack. When that is completely attached, we're going to connect our two pieces here to the two holes and make sure that that bolt in the center is in the center hole here. Inaudible 00:01:48 that. You tighten down on there. We'll take the larger of our two alan keys and there's a bolt down in the center there that we made sure was inside of that plate.
We're just going to tighten that up. This is going to prevent our foot pack from moving back and forth. We'll still be able to pivot it a little bit just to adjust it to fit our vehicle. Now we can open up our doors and we'll load up our crossbar. Now when we load up our crossbar, we want to make sure that the thicker side of the bar is facing towards the front since this is an aero style crossbar. We'll just reach it around and make sure that it clamps around the edge of our vehicle.
Perfect. Then I kind of just like to eyeball it, make sure that it's sitting evenly on the roof. Now we'll take our measurement. This measurement is going to be from the inside edge of the door jam to the center of our crossbar or our fit kit here. This is going to be forty-three and a half inches. This will make sure that we have the right crossbar spread for any of our accessories and make sure that our crossbar's actually sitting evenly from side to side. Perfect. Now we can go back and forth tightening it down. I like to start by tightening it down so that the clamp sits just up against our door here. It only takes a few turns. I'll do the same to this side. Notice that we'll go back and forth evenly tightening it down, making sure we do measurements back and forth the same, just so that we don't have our crossbars sitting uneven or even tightening down evenly to the point where it's pulling to one side or the other. Now we'll just go back and forth doing about ten to fifteen turns. Now a great thing about these aero crossbars is our weather stripping here in the center. You won't have to remove that to actually load up any of you channel mount accessories. You'll actually just push down on that weather strip, insert the channel mount inside and slide it along and then you can tighten down your accessories. You won't have to worry about having those extra strips or even having to cut them and possibly having any wind noise or whistling. These are also those aero bars like I mentioned before. They're aerodynamic. They're a good cut down on drag. You might have heard that pop noise, that's going to be our torque end of this tool. It'll pop when you have enough torque behind the bolt, just like so. We'll move that and we can place on our end caps. With those channel mounted accessories, if we have our end cap here and those are mounted into the channel, we won't have to worry about theft or tampering because they'll be locked inside there. We've got those locked into place. We can now load up our accessories and hit the road with our all new inno aero bars and how they fit on our two thousand sixteen Nissan Juke.

I bought this for my 2016 Fiat 500X which has two glass sunroofs, and it fits perfectly! Follow the directions, put the bars where it says to, and your glass will be safe. You can't open the sunroof while this is in place, but hey, at least you can haul gear on your roof without breaking the glass.
The quality of this product is 5 start and fit exactly with my 2017 nissan rogue..
Still holding up as well as the day it was installed (Mar'20). I've loaded this system down with a basket full of camping gear and another trip with 3 kayaks and single bike. Everything stayed solid and didn't budge at highway speeds and windy mountain roads.
Great fit, look and service
The rails completed the parts I needed to install my roof rack on my 2010 Forester. What was particularly important were the buying and installation guides and video for the products I selected. Order placement was simple, and the order follow up from eTrailers was greatly appreciated.
These are great! Easy to use and easy to install. Thanks George!
Very helpful staff. Great product and super fast shipping.
etrailer was great to order from! Going to the website makes it easy to see what roof rack will fit your vehicle. Ordering process was a breeze and the fulfillment updates were great. Ordered on the 13th and received it on the 16th so the FREE shipping was super fast. New installs of anything can always be challenging but once I read the the instructions it all went pretty smooth. Installing this Inno Roof Rack onto our 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport was pretty simple and took less than an hours from start to finish. Now we are ready to load up out Thule cargo carrier when we hit the road.
I am writing this review in the context of an owner of an old Yakima roof rack system from many vehicles before the 2021 Hyundai Tucson on which I just mounted four INNO separate sets of components to carry two bikes on top of the Tucson. Note that you need at least three sets of components to have a "base rack" system, including the hooks, in this case the INNO INK680, the INNO INSUT Feet and the INNO INB137 set of crossbars. The feet are rubber coated metal so that they will not mar the paint where they clamp to the edge of the roof just above the doors. The rubber pads are also substantial to provide a slip-proof and paint protecting bottom for the INSUT feet. Read through all the directions for all the components before beginning installation, perhaps even "rehearsing" all the steps before actual installation with tightening everything. The instructions could be clearer, but with practice walking through all the steps they make sense. Once installed, I could grab any part of the completed system and pull upwards, sideways, forwards, and backwards without any play or slack in any of the components. In fact, it was easy to rock the whole car side to side without budging the INNO components at all. Compared to the old Yakima system, the INNO is just as sturdy and substantial if not more so. Just to replace the Yakima "feet" to use my old round Yakima crossbars would have cost more than the total of the three INNO components needed to get the base system. Even better, the INNO system came with included locks to lock the system to the vehicle. Many years ago, the Yakima four lock cylinders were $[XX] extra - probably much more now. So, I think the INNO is at least as sturdy and capable for much less money.
Feels premium and was pretty straight forward to install. I think it looks really good on the 2019 Honda Accord Sport. I plan to pair it with the Inno Wedge 660 cargo box. So far, it seems really well made and has a rubberized texture throughout. I installed it by myself in about 30 minutes without the instructions. It also shipped in only 2 days.
I use this rack in conjunction with some long square cross bars from Thule that I have had for a few years. They allow me to carry two lightweight Hornbecks atop a 2019 cx5 that has no rails. At this point, I have only used a couple of times and the configuration appeared to work fine, but the problem is fitting them properly, having to measure precisely. It is probably just me, but I don’t have 100% confidence that the rack and canoes will remain on the roof with the little purchase the rack provides. Wish there was a way to improve the purchase that the lamps achieve.
These Inno racks are very high quality, and the installation is straightforward. They look good, too.
I've been a happy etrailer customer for years. Sales staff helped me pick out the right roof rack setup for my new 2023 Escape that worked with my low-profile rails. 3 separate boxes of pieces but they all came together perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and etrailer customer support! Rack is solid, low wind noise and will work with the accessories I need, kayak carrier and cargo basket.
Got these with the custom fit kit (INK860) and the through feet/stays (INXS250) for my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Assembly's not difficult, though you do have to work with three different instructions: 1 for the stays/feet (the main install instructions), one for the Crossbars (minimal to do there), and one for the custom fit kit (again, minimal, though this one is crucial as it contains the measurements for the setup).
Things went pretty smoothly. However, when I put it on my roof at the measured distances from the center line, the feet didn't both occupy the rain gutter as they are supposed to. I checked the measurements, and both the front stays were at 21.5" and both back stays were at 21 3/8 " . Since those were the called for measurements, I'm not sure why I didn't fit perfectly. However, they're great and I can't wait to put them to use with my kayak and snowboard and bike. Thanks E-Trailer.
Photos show how great the system looks as well as some of the gaps at the rain gutters. I don't think it's crucial to readjust those. I did try several times but couldn't seem to get them just right.
We bought this along with the INTR - Inno Feet for Square Crossbars. We used this to mount Thule crossbars and a Thule Adventurer cargo box on a 2001 Subaru Forester. Everything fit perfectly. The Inno mounts were completely compatible with the Thule crossbars. The fast and accurate shipping helped avert a crisis before a cross country trip.
