Flush Mounted Roof Rack for 2018 Audi Q5

Hi I am interested in the Thule Roof Rack - TH7602B-TH7602B. I have an 2018 Audi Q5. Do i need a fit kit or something to make this work?

Roof racks are custom fits for vehicles, and the Thule rack you mentioned is an entire kit and won't fit on your 2018 Audi Q5, although there is a rack with the same style which does. So long as you have flush-mounted rails there is a rack from Inno which has crossbars match the width of your Audi's roof:
- Inno Aero Crossbars # INXB100-108

For a Thule roof rack, they have a style where the crossbars are longer than the mounting feet, which is preferable to a lot of people as they offer more space to carry cargo:
