Designed for MORryde StepAbove steps (MR88RR - sold separately), this durable 4-piece step rug set gives you a place to wipe off your feet after a hike on the trails. Hook-and-loop fastening strips provide extra support to keep the rugs snug to your RV Steps.
The rugs wrap around your steps and secure with included hook-and-loop fastening strips and springs - no screws, glue, or tools needed. For each rug, the 2 hook-and-loop fastening strips stick to the front edge and top, back portion of the step. Once the rug is aligned and pressed firmly to the step, the springs connect the front and back grommet holes of the rug underneath your RV step, giving you a clean, seamless look. Rugs can quickly be removed for cleaning and easily reattached when you're finished.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a look at this Prest-O-Fit Four-Piece Step Rug Set for your MORryde StepAbove RV Steps. And this set that we are looking at together today are in Obsidian Black. Now, this rug set is going to wrap around your MORryde first and second generation four-steps StepAbove RV Steps that have a top step tread width of 19 and a half inches, and a top step depth of eight inches to 10 and a half inches. And the steps that I am using for our time together do have, the top step, rather does have a width of 19 and a half inches, and a depth that measures 10 and a half inches deep. I also wanna point out at the outset of our time together, that the first two step rugs here are uninstalled.
That's why they look a little bit loose just so I can show you some of the features of the rug and show you how they can be installed. Now this material is made of heavy-duty, UV-protected outdoor turf that is resistant to fading as well as to mold and mildew. And these strong bristle fibers are going to easily remove dirt and debris from your shoes. So there's going to be less sweeping, and mopping inside of your RV, which is always a good thing. Then when it's time to clean them off, it's gonna be very easy.
You just spray them off with a hose. Let them air dry and you're gonna be good to go. Another added benefit to having step rugs on your steps is that this design is gonna be perfect for your pets as it covers the hard uninviting metal steps that might scare them off. Now, these rugs do have a textured rubberized back, which will keep them in place, along with some additional methods of keeping them secured on your steps. So on this top step rug, we have hook and loop strips at the top and at the bottom, and on the side walls.
So you're just going to simply adhere this to your top step, and then you can easily detach the hook and loop fasteners to clean the rug, and put them back into place. So that's how easy the top step rug is going to be to install. And then for the three lower step rugs, they're going to be installed with rust-resistant, zinc-plated steel springs, and they're going to clip into these holes that you see here and you are going to get four springs for each step, and they're going to provide just enough tension to ensure that you have a nice snug fit. So I'd like to go ahead, and quickly install this rug just to show you how easy these can be to install. So with each spring, I'm going to run the hook through the hole here.
So I'm gonna get this first one in, and then I'm going to stretch the spring to our second hole. I have that successfully installed there. And then I'm gonna go ahead and go onto this other side, and install my second spring. So again, run the hook through this hole. Bring this out here so you can see that. Just a little bit. Then stretch my spring out to the hole on the other side. Make contact and we are in. So then I'm gonna start moving inwards, then you can already see how that fit is looking tighter and more snug. So we're gonna run this hook through here, and these hooks are not going to accidentally come off. I find that they're going to hold very tight. And then I'm gonna go ahead, and put on my fourth spring here on the inside of the other side here. Again, run it through the hook or the hole rather, and bring it onto the other side. And that's it. That's how you install these lower step rugs on these lower steps. So it's going to be relatively easy to install. I will let you know that if you need to remove these rugs and unhook those springs, it could take just a little bit longer to unhook those springs from the hole. So give yourself just a little bit of extra time to unhook the springs from those holes. But they provide just enough tension. And as you can see, they fit on their nice and snug and you're not gonna have to worry. They're not gonna slip around in place or anything like that. So easy insulation. No screws, glue or tools needed to install this. Instructions are included to walk you through. Once again, the very simple installation process. And again, this is in Obsidian Black, but we do also offer this in Buck Skin Brown. I think the carpet for the steps look very professional and durable. And give a really have nice look to our RV. The fit is just right for the MoRryde 2nd generation steps.
Great addition to our steps on the fifth wheel. They look great and work great.
Fit perfect. Clear directions took about 30 minutes to install. Dog doesn’t fear steps anymore and no slipping.
Since I haven't been able to get them on the trailer yet, it's impossible to say how I will like them, I did take them out to make sure they will fit, and they do. They do look like they will be just what I need.
Etrailer was the only company that took the the initiative to explain the difference between 1st generation and 2nd generation Moryde stairs. This enabled me the order the correct step covers. They were easy to install and look great!
I bought the Prest-O-Fit 3 piece step rug set after purchasing a competitor product that ended up an inch short on the ends and most importantly the third rug was not customized to fit the 2nd GEN MORryde step above RV steps that have a wider top stop and you need the straps to go into the slots as the rug will not fit all the way around the step. The Prest-O-Fit does come with a customized wider top step with the straps that are needed and makes a perfect fit. If you were looking for well-made and a customized fit for your steps this is the product for you.

The rugs fit perfectly on my MORryde StepAbove steps and were super easy to install. All the Presto-O-Fit products I've purchased have been excellent quality.
These are made of shredded plastic not woven together, nor woven into the backing. . The little pieces of plastic are easily pulled from the rubber backing. They look cheap and appear they would quickly lose the plastic shreds making up the surface. Not a carpet or woven rug like the steps we previously had. We are returning this product as not satisfactory.
1 year later still worth every penny
Liked the quality of the product. However, the cover for the top step was not big enough to cover the step.
