Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Telesteps five foot tall foldable ladder, has a 250 pound weight capacity. Now, this foldable ladder will come in handy if you're packing up at the end of your camping trip and you might need a boost to reach a stuck awning, or let's say perhaps your smoke detector at home starts beeping in the middle of the night and you need to change out the batteries, so you need to be able to reach it, so you never know when you're going to need a nice good, sturdy ladder. Whether you're camping or doing chores around the house, this folding ladder here will let you access any of the higher-up areas in your home or around your RV, and as you can see, it'll fold into this nice, easy, convenient storage size. It is an A-frame ladder, it'll fold out to access the higher-up areas in and around your RV and home, and it has latches at the bottom that'll keep the ladder safely and securely in place. And just to show you how to open it, all you have to do is remove this strap with the hook-and-loop fastener on it, and then what you'll do first is just pull it open this way, and you can see with it opened that way, just push down on that, push down on the bracket, and then we mentioned those latches.

I wanna zoom in and show you at the very bottom, if you noticed, these latches right here, there's one over here and one right over here, what you'll do is push down on that one, you can hear it lock in place, push down on that one, and it'll lock the ladder in place. And then what you wanna do, let's zoom back out, turn it this way, and then go ahead and open it that way, and then go ahead and push down on those supports right here, and then just like that, it's all ready to use and it's very sturdy, like I said, those latches keep it nice and sturdy for you to walk up on. It is a durable, lightweight aluminum construction, it's very rust-proof, and at the very bottom of each foot, they do use a rubberized foot to prevent the ladder from shifting around while you're climbing it, so it stays in one place. We mentioned the weight capacity on this is 250 pounds. You can see, I'm gonna go ahead and step up on this, have no problem.

Stepping up or stepping down, it stays all in one place, doesn't wobble around. And we mentioned it is a foldable design, so it'll let you fold this ladder twice into a 3 1/2 inch by 4 1/2 inch narrow post like we showed you in the beginning, so then you can store it in your garage, closet, or large cargo compartment. So basically, to close it up, what you'll wanna do is go ahead and just flip up that, close it that way, and then what you'll wanna do is just reach down and pop up the lock on each side, releases it, and then just push up on the middle there, pull it up like that, and it'll close right into to the nice, small, compact size. Take your hook-and-loop right here, the strap has a hook-and-loop fastener to it, put it through there, and just when you're holding it close, go ahead and pull it tight, and just like that, you're back into the 3 1/2 by 4 1/2 inch narrow post size, makes it very easy to carry. The weight on this is only about 12 pounds.

It is OSHA compliant. The ladder height, overall height when we open it up is five feet, when you get up on it, you can reach up to about nine feet in height, and it is a type 1 ladder rating, and as we mentioned, it has a weight capacity of 250 pounds.
