Concerned about the dual propane tanks on your RV or camper getting dirty and rusty with the incoming thunderstorm heading your way? This water-resistant cover will protect your propane tanks from rain, snow, mild sun, dirt, and grime, so you won't have to spend too much time wiping them clean. When you keep your tanks covered, they won't prematurely age, so you wont have to replace them as often.
The included, reinforced board insert should first be assembled. This will help keep the rigid shape of the top part of the cover. Then, making sure the zipper is oriented outwards, slip the cover down along your tanks until you can wrap the reinforced elastic hem around the bottom of them. This hem keeps the cover snug and secure on your propane tanks so it doesn't shift around or come off in the wind.
And if you still need to access the tank's shutoff gas valves or the propane regulator, you can use the built-in, molded zipper to easily access your tanks without having to completely remove the cover.

Not good at all. It shredded the first time I went on a trip with my travel trailer.
Material could be a little thicker on the shell. The hard top piece seems susceptible to water. Hoping it holds up for years to come.
Just received the white vinyl Adco RV Propane tank Cover for Dual 30-lb Tanks. First impressions on material is good. RV has been put in storage for the winter and we just got our first snowfall today so won't be installing it until next spring. Not sure how well the reinforced board will work as it sits loose on top of the tanks and the cover goes over it. Thinking it would be better if it had a sleeve in the top section to slide into. This would make accessing the tank valves through the zipper top less cumbersome.

After a year of use My only concern with the two section board that fits on top of the tanks. They were a pain to keep in place when putting the cover over the tanks. I eventually used two strips of wood to join the two pieces together and that helped.
Excellent cover at an even better cost. Nice, thick material and fits snug so the cover isn't flapping around as I drive. Their customer service CANNOT be beat either. I ordered a cover for my camper to go along with this but it couldn't ship for 2 weeks. They contacted me almost immediately after I put the order in to offer another cover that they could ship immediately. That is really looking out for the customer and so appreciated.
Keeps the sun from beating my regulator and hoses leaving it on the wind kinda tore the bottom up but still working good.
Fell apart after two months.

It was a gift! It does look well kept and has worn well!
Terrible product!! By the 3rd. trip the particle board had shifted and torn a hole in the top. And just the wind had put 2 large holes in the front of the cover. Unless you are willing to replace it every couple of trips it's not worth bothering with.
seems to be okay. I wished a black color option was available to match the cover I replaced. Until I travel I won't know how durable it is.
Fits great and looks great. We needed something because the front of our RV faces south and the sun eats up hoses. This will help protect it all. Thank Etrailer.

this cover has been made with the least possible amount of material. It can barely stretch around a propane tank and absolutely won't fit over the bracket that holds the tank onto the trailer. only returning because a second item fits into the same box. etrailer should find another vendor that doesn't skimp on fabric. What's the use of having a cover that doesn't fit when its installed on the trailer.
Had a dual propane tank cover covering the propane tanks used to run the generator. It had become tattered and torn over the last 10 years and needed to be replaced. I did some online research to find a new one and was delighted to find one a etrailer.com. It arrived within a week and fit perfectly - just like the old one. I am delighted.
I picked this propane tank cover up today which was delivered to my local, rural post office in a timely manner. I easily installed it in minutes on my A-Frame camper. It appears to be a good quality product that I believe will hold up for several years! I would buy it again from etrailer.
Does a good job of giving the tanks a clean look. The fit is tight. Not something you want to be taking on and off. Medium weight material. It will probably be fine for my use case but we'll see how it holds up in the weather
