Today we're going to be taking a look and also installing the Rampage replacement soft upper doors for Jeeps in black denim. The kit includes both passenger and driver side, part number RA89815. As you can see it's got a nice black denim fabric, covers the outside of the door. It's got this little rain guard that covers our zipper so rain or any moisture or any dirt or debris gets in. We'll go ahead and open our door up. You'll notice on the inside we've got this weather stripping that goes all along the outside here. You can see the nice sturdy steel frame here that goes along the inside of our fabric.

It features 2 zippers that way we can up and close it with the opposite one or we can leave a vent to let air in or out. These are the doors we'll be working with today. As you can see, they're all worn out, it's all scratched up, and they're looking kind of old. If you look here you can see our seal is all busted up and torn a little bit. It just looks like it needs to be replaced. The first thing we want to do is we want to remove our old top portion of our door. Take it off.

I grab our new soft portion of our upper door. If you look here they came with these safety end caps. This is so they don't poke a hole in our box while it's being delivered. I'm going to go ahead and remove those. You want to check all 3 points to make sure that they're not on.

Then, as you can see, it's just going to slide right in to our factory points as our previous soft door did. We'll take our door, we'll want to put this one in first, line our other ones up, and just slowly drop it down until they go into place. Once they're all in, we'll just push down. That's a nice tight seal. Now that we've got our soft upper portion of our door installed, you'll notice how they left us a little extra weather stripping here and here. This is just to ensure that we can provide a nice seal between our door on both sides. You can leave it there or you can cut it, whatever you'd like. With our second door installed, that will complete our review of the Rampage replacement soft upper doors, part number RA89815.
