I don’t own an AR, but I’d hoped this would would for other weapons I own. Unfortunately it doesn’t. I’ve tried everything from a CZ Scorpion carbine to pump and auto shotguns, 10/22’s, bolt action rifles, and lever guns. Nothing fits right. I’m assuming these are strictly made to work with the unique shape of an AR so if you don’t have any AR you might want to consider just regular round quickfist clamps (which is what I ended up with).862548

The band that grips the barrel end, had a blemish in the rubber band from factory , i noticed after it was installed. The product looks pretty much as expected. I also find the straps rather difficult to slip over the fastener & not enough adjustment holes for my preference either but it will do the job for most part. price is high after shipping costs are added for this particular products value.

gun will not be marred by being held in place by some hard type
material. Best choice for vehicular use as the use of rubber minimizes
and absorbs vibration, which would eventually lead to gun finish wear

I purchased this mount for a specific project. At this point, I’ve been through 4 different sized QF products. Once this one arrived I was quick to find out, it too will not work for this application. But, this product is as described and arrived on time as expected. I’m sure this is going to work out on another project later down the road. 722339

I'm sure this is a good product but it does not work for me. I have a shotgun with a pistol grip, the receiver is too small for the butt grip to grab. It is also very difficult to latch.672847
