Installed this winch mount on my 2012 Ram 3500 and it took about 6 hours. This included installing a bull bar, the winch and routing and hooking up the wiring. I am very pleased with the product, very solid and I did not have to do any drilling or modifications during the install.

Westin offers their polished stainless steel E-Series Bull Bar # 31-5570 which offers no-drill installation. With it you can use License Plate Relocation kit # 32-0055. This will likely block the parking sensors but will otherwise fit well on the Explorer.
