Called right away and spoke to Peyton who was extremely helpful and polite, she got my missing base rails shipped within 2 hrs of speaking with her, so kudos to her you earned a customer for life. Now the kit itself, I found the directions very easy to follow and everything fit perfectly. It is a little time consuming to complete so figure on 4 to 6 hrs to finish. Over all I'm very pleased with the kit and more so the customer service. Installed on 2023 ram 1500 big horn

Just finished installing my 5th wheel hitch. I didn't have to cuss but a few times in the process. Here is my suggestions to stop others from cussing. The instructions could have been planner. Instead of mixing a truck with air suspension and coil spring suspension, divide them on separate sheets. I also didn't like mixing carriage bolts with hex head bolts, not professional looking. Hex head would have been easier to tighten also. Also instead of using crush washers, nylon locking nuts would have made the job quicker and easier.
The product was well made and fit well after we got by the instruction part.
I called etrailer on a Friday to order some base rails for a brand-new 2019 Dodge ram that I had just purchased. There was no information on the website for this truck, so I had previously called them to see what kit I needed.
My issue was timing as I needed to get the rails installed on Wednesday. They sent the product to me second day air at a reasonable cost.
The rails arrived today in two boxes. The 2 boxes could've been banded together as one package, which would've reduced the freight cost. That was the only negative in my experience.
In checking with my mechanic/installer today, the rails were installed, and it was a very challenging process. The cost was $429 for installation. I'm glad I didn't try to do it myself given the feedback I received from my mechanic.
Well just received it and haven’t installed it yet. The service and delivery were extremely efficient and on time. Sorry that’s all I have for now! God Bless!
