HI Are these rails compatible for using an Anderson ultimate hitch 3200 I have a 2019 RAM 1500 Lone star

The B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # BWRVK2604 will allow you to use the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # AM3200. The installation kit will fit with either the 5-1/2' or 6-1/2' bed on your 2019 Ram 1500 Lone Star edition. If you do have a 5-1/2' bed you will want to use the Demco Autoslide # DM8550040 as the Andersen cannot be used on a bed shorter than 6'.
