This allowed me to quickly add an 8 pin outlet for my 5th wheel and gooseneck trailers to the truck's bed by easily extending the wiring from the bumper connector. Plenty of wiring length meant I could have put in anywhere within the bed. Only complaint is that there should have been better wiring instructions. I was able to find the information online though.

by:

Wireing harness was not plug and play & I sent it back & had to pay a restocking fee & that made me decide to not do business with Your company.

This harness does require you to pin out the connector that connects to the 7 way that is installed in the truck bed. It is why it typically is the most economically priced. I recommend part # 50-97-410-010 instead. It tees into the US Carr connector behind the seven way at the rear and then plugs into behind the 7 way plug that is installed in the truck bed. I have a video to show the install on a 2021 Ford 250.

So far so good after one year. I installed it on our 2018 Ford F-350 with our Hallmark Cuchara slide-in camper. It could have been 6 to 12 inches longer to make it easier to run the harness and place it where I wanted it, but overall it is an excellent product and is doing the job. I highly recommend it.

Still working great. As with any electrical product, be sure to check the connections turn signals, brakes, lights to ensure youve got good contact when plugging in.

2018 Ford F-150

I don't remember seeing any instructions... although looking at the pieces, it was easy to figure out what needed to be done. Installation was a breeze and done quickly. For those of us not working in the trade, the addition a small packet of dielectric grease would have made this perfect.

  • Parts Needed to Use the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch in a 2021 Ford F-150 w/ Short Bed
That is a great option and I would be happy to help ensure you have the parts you need to use the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550035 in your 2021 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2' bed. In addition to the # DM8550035 you will also need a set of rails, for that you can use the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit # DM8552028-71. This rail kit is custom fit for your F-150 and will provide the rails that you need to use the Demco Hijacker...

  • Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch and Rails for 2015 Ford F-150 Long Bed
There is a 5th wheel hitch that fits your 2015 Ford F-150 with a long bed, and you will need to add base rails to do so. For those I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Kit # RP50087-58. This kit includes the needed base rails along with custom brackets that eliminate the need to drill into your truck's frame rails. For the hitch itself the best option due to its superb jaw system and comfortable ride it will give you is the Curt A16 # C16120. You will also need a 5th wheel wiring harness,...

  • Wiring Connector For a Lance Slide In Bed Truck Camper To 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty
It sounds like the 7-Way Connector # PK12706 or 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector # H20043 is all you are needing to connect the wire harness from your Lance Camper to your 2022 Ford F-350. I have included a picture of the terminals on the connector and what they control since it is unlikely that the colors from your harness will match with the connector. The Pollak 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # PK11893-11932-010 that you found will add an additional 7-way connector in the bed side.

  • Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch for a 2018 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2 Bed and Aluminum Body
I have 2 different recommendations for your 2018 Ford F-150 with the 6-1/2' bed. They are both excellent options that provide different conveniences of their own. Please note that any hitch that installs in the bed of a pickup will be attached to the frame of the vehicle. This means that the pin weight will be placed on the steel frame of your F-150 and not the aluminum bed. Since the pin weight would relate to the payload you just need to be sure that you are not exceeding the weight ratings,...

  • Air Springs And Fifth Wheel Hitch For a 2019 Ford F-150 With A 5-1/2 FT Bed
For your 2019 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2 ft bed I recommend the M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Single Jaw - 20,000 lbs item # RP30928. This hitch is single jaw which makes for a tighter fit around the king pin. Can be adjusted from 14" up to 18" to provide the room needed between your bed rails and the bottom of the nose on the camper. We recommend at least 6" of clearance. Fully floating head allows for full range of motion when camper is connected. One person can easily remove hitch...

This hitch is more than enough for your 7300 lb fifth wheel trailer. First, let's start with if you can use a sliding hitch in a long bed, and yes you definitely can, you simply won't use the slide feature but otherwise it will work exactly the same. As for the hitch and base rails, I highly recommend the B&W Patriot, with the correct parts for your 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty being the following: - B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 - B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # BWRVK2402 I really like the Patriot because there just...

  • 5th Wheel Base Rails For Eaz-Lift Hitch or Underbed Rails & Sliding Demco Hitch For 2019 Ford F-250
Thanks so much for the photos they were really helpful, and what I can tell you is that those are not OEM holes for the factory puck system on your 2019 Ford F-250; what it looks to be is that the previous owner had a gooseneck hitch that they removed. So you do have a couple of options, which are to get new above-bed base rails and install your current Eaz-Lift hitch, or go with the underbed rails and Demco sliding hitch. While I do see some rails in your photo, you will need new rails...

Thanks for all that great information, and you are correct that the Andersen can't be used with a rotating pin box like your Lippert Turning Point. You will need a fixed 5th wheel hitch for your 5-1/2 foot bed 2017 Ford F-150, and while there isn't an option as light as the Andersen, there is one that is more manageable than the rest while offering an excellent ride while being compatible with a rotating pin box, which is from Curt: -Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000...

We have the perfect solution that would allow you to install a fifth wheel without using the permanently mounted bed rails like what are typically seen. • Compatibility of 2018 Ford F-250 Crew Cab Towing 5th Wheel Trailer with Sliding Hitch
For your 2018 Ford F-250, you will be fine towing that trailer as long as you don't exceed the truck's rated capacity when the trailer is fully loaded. I recommend using a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044 to determine your tongue weight. I see you asked the question from the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Ford Super Duty Prep Package - 18K # DM8550024 which is a great sliding hitch. • Weight Capacity and 5th Wheel Hitch Recommendation for a 2018 Ford F-150
According to the 2018 Ford Towing Guide the specs of your 2018 Ford F-150 can tow a 5th wheel trailer weighing up to 6,700 lbs which is pretty small when it comes to 5th wheel trailers. From what I'm seeing you have a 6-1/2' bed without a factory puck system as the max tow package looks to be for bumper pull applications. With that in mind I recommend picking up the Custom Bed Rail Kit # C93WR which installs without drilling into your truck frame and then using the Curt A16 # C16521 hitch...

For your 2019 Ford F-250 those parts will be the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1116-5W and then the companion will depend on if you have a long bed or short bed.
