Installation
This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's factory tow package wiring harness, which is located behind the rear bumper. Once you've plugged in the tow harness, insert the 2 relays into the fuse panel.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way connector will be stowed in an out-of-the-way location within your trunk.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

The tutorial videos was a big help to make the install go without any issues.
The wiring harness install was very easy, and the operational test was successful! Kudos to your design engineers for creating such a simple process for the "do-it-yourself-er".
Quick and easy install product showed up on time and in good condition
I struggled with the dust cover not realizing that I needed to squeeze the clip after releasing the red tab on the dust cover Just a short session with you tube got me back on track
Hitch went on easy. Wiring plugged in and works fine. Only issue I have is the relays you plug into the fuse box make a clicking noise when the brakes are applied or trunk signals are on.
Installation is okay but not fond of relay clicking noise every time you apply brakes etc.
Called E-trailer since the harness I ordered was on backorder. Terri (E-trailer Sales) was able to identify a substitute that was in stock. It is this exceptional service and delivery follow-up that deserves a 5-star rating or more.

Worked exactly as stated, vety simple i nstallation.
Watched a video, and it went on the car just how they showed it. Plug and play.
Wiring harness was a quick plug and go to factory wiring. Drilled small hole in one of the trunk plugs on the driver’s side. Ran the wires and tucked and tied them along the frame. Sealed around the wires in the hole I drilled. Done.

Everything went as expected. When I hooked up the trailer, the lights didn’t work. I thought I had a problem with the new wiring but turned out the ground wire on the trailer was broken. I am pleased with this product.
The kit is a great value and works as promised. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is that the relays provided are incredibly loud. When I am not towing, I remove the relays so that I don't need to hear the "clicks" every time I apply the breaks or use a turn signal.
Partnered with Curt Cat II hitch. All very easy to install and worked perfectly. Not a single complaint. Only thing that could have been better was if it installed itself!
Great product that makes hookup foolproof. The only slowdown was getting the dust cover off the vehicle plug... it was a little contrary at first. But once off, this harness is plug and play.
