Ellen: Hey everybody, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're taking a quick look at the GSI Outdoors Infinity Plates.Now these come in several different colors, I've got the green and blue, and I just wanted to show you the difference in the color and also how well they nest in together. That's kind of one of the selling points with these is that they do nest pretty well to save on space and not take up too much room. So let's take a closer look. I'll give you some measurements to think about as far as what these can hold.Now, the thing I like about them is that they do give you kind of a cross between a plate and a bowl. It's a very shallow bowl or a very deep plate, so if you want to have some stew, maybe have a chicken and beans or something like that, you can have all your stuff and not worry about it spilling off to the side, so you can really use it for all kinds of different things. It is kind of a squared off design as well.Now these are not intended for microwave use.

They can be dishwashed in the top rack, So just some things to keep in mind, and they are BPA free, so you can rest assured there. They are made out of a polypropylene, so it should be pretty long lasting.As promised, some measurements, so from side to side, it's about nine and a quarter inch, and it should be square so it's the same in the other direction. The depth is about an inch, and see that there. They weigh about 3.2 ounces each and the colors are sold separately. I just wanted to show you the difference between them and, again, show you how they nest.

Now, it doesn't really give you any kind of capacity, normally with plates, you don't really have one. I'd say you could probably fit maybe a cup or two of soup, if you're going to do something like a stew or a chowder or something in one of these. They are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.And that's pretty much all there is to it for our quick look at the GSI Outdoors Infinity Plates.
