My bike rack has been on the back of my Jeep for probably a decade. Since I live in Erie, Pa. I’m use to lots of snow & ice, which also means lots of road salt. They call it the rust belt for a reason. My original rack was corroded & needed this part. It was reasonably priced, it fit, & I didn’t have to buy a whole new bike rack. 100% happy.

This was the right size replacement for our 06' RAV4 with a Yakima SpareTime rack (and replacement mount, also from here). Easy to install (do before mounting the spare, tho!), and fits under the tire cover so I don't need to worry about pulling the spare off.

The long stem is part # 8890241 and this measures 6-1/2-inches long. The medium and short stem parts are # 8890246 and # 8890242. Your 295/75-15 tire is just over 11-1/2-inches wide and this size will work fine with the SpareTime since it will work with tires up to 12-1/2-inches wide when you use the long stem.
