Attached my cross bar to my Traverse rails for the upcoming ski season and I over tightened my last screw which snapped off the head of the OEM screw. I went to etrailer to order replacement socket screw, but I had a question about the part. I had a call with Jesse at etrailer and he addressed my question, completed my order, and expedited the shipment. The part was exactly what I needed and it was actually better than the OEM screw so I replaced all 8 screws. Great experience with the part and the customer service.

1 year follow up on the replacement screws and no issues. FYI - most companies ask for a review immediately after purchase and the product could fail 30 to 90 days after the review was submitted so I appreciate the 1 year followup on my purchase by etrailer.
