Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this anti-rattle kit for the Reese M5 fifth wheel hitches. This anti-rattle kit will help remove any additional movement or rattling on your Reese M5 fifth wheel hitches. This kit is designed to work with the pinning clip that comes with your Reese M5 hitch. And it does work with the Reese M5 hitches that fit the industry standard base rails.

And there's two of those hitches. We do sell them separately on our website. The first one is part number RP30928. And the second one is RP46FR. But basically when you go to install your M5 hitch to your base rails in the truck bed, what you do is you drop the tabs that are on the feet of the hitch into the slots on the base rails.

Then you secure it with a pin and a clip to hold it into place. Now you'll still do that, but now with adding this anti-rattle kit here, it'll eliminate any extra movement and rattle of that hitch. Basically I want to show you, if you look at that insert, it shows you the bottom, or the feet, of the M5 hitches. Basically, on the feet of the legs of the hitch, it allows you to add these extra rod ends and castle nuts to the feet. And this allows you to attach an extra pin to the base rails and then you tighten it in place to eliminate any movement of the hitch.

This kit will include everything shown here on the table. It does include the four rod ends right here, the four castle nuts, the four linchpins, the four half-inch diameter pins, and the four spring clips.
