Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Rear View Safety backup camera. This compact backup camera easily mounts at the back of your vehicle and provides a wide 170 degree viewing angle. Backup cameras are great because they increase visibility, the increase awareness, and overall they increase safety. It has built in infrared lights, which allow for great night vision with visibility up to 30 feet. Has a nice waterproof encasing, so it allows it to operate in all weather conditions. Features an IP68 rating.
It's a surface mount installation with the included rubber mount pad and the mounting hardware, and it comes with a camera cable that measures around 33 feet long. The cabling coming out of the back of the camera threads directly into the connection point. The other end would go to a multiplexer or connection hub, or directly to a monitor.A few measurements to go over with you real quick. Starting with the overall measurement edge to edge of the camera base, we're looking at two and a quarter. Top to bottom, we're looking at one and seven sixteenths.
And then the overall depth measures about one and three sixteenths, an inch and a quarter, right in that area. That's gonna do it for today's look at the Rear View Safety backup camera.
