Today we're going to be taking a look at the Paneloc Slam Latch cover. This cover is made from a steel construction. It's going to feature a zinc plated finish, which is going to do a great job at resisting rust and corrosion. This cover is going to fit Slam Latch, part number F709-104Z. It goes over the spring and protects it. It also adds a clean, finished look to the entire latch mechanism. Taking a look at some of the dimensions of the cover.
Edge to edge is two and a half inches this direction and two inches this direction. Top to bottom measures around 13, 16ths of an inch tall. The opening right here, side to side measures 11 16ths of an inch. Inside top edge to bottom measures around three quarters of an inch. Your mount holes, these are going to be separated on center by about one and 15, 16ths of an inch and one and three eights of an inch. Each hole has a diameter of a quarter of an inch, matches perfectly with that latch that I showed you just a moment ago and mounting hardware is not included.
With this part number, you're going to get one latch cover. That's going to do it for today's look at the Paneloc Slam Latch cover.
