Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a look at this expandable base set for your Lockrack watersport carrier. This expandable base set can be used with your Lockrack arms to transport any type of watercraft on the roof of your vehicle. Now I have this set at our smallest configuration and our widest configuration. So the front set here, again, is set at our smallest configuration. And as you can see, this is right at about 19 5/8 inches wide.
And then the largest configuration, we're at about 25 1/2 inches wide. So this is going to give you that range from about 19 5/8 inches wide, all the way up to about 25 1/2 inches wide. Now this does feature an integrated locking system to help secure your gear to your carrier, and it includes four keys that will fit in to the mechanism here. And then a simple twist will unlock your arms here on the sides. And then that's going to allow the arm to be easily adjusted or actually come completely free if you would like to remove it.
And then that's going to let you secure that arm, tighten it against that watercraft to just that perfect fit so it'll be nice and secure on the top of your vehicle. Now these rubberized strips here at the top of the base is going to give you cushioning and slip resistance for what you're transporting. And this features a lightweight aluminum construction. It's corrosion resistant. And this is going to install easily in most crossbars with that top accessory channel.
So as you can see, I do have the included T-bolt hardware here installed loosely just to give you an idea of what this is going to look like. So this does include everything that you see here on the table before me. You're going to receive two expandable base sets, or two expandable bases rather, and then the T-bolt sets, as you can see, again, I have them mounted here on the bottom, and then the set of keys that I mentioned as well.
