Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a real quick look at this Lockrack replacement base extension bar. This is going to replace the extension bar for your nine and 7/8 inches Lockrack X Series Watersport Carrier Base. And as you know, this is going to insert into the center of your carrier base. So I have a base here. Just give you a brief demonstration of how that's going to work. I'm gonna have another base here.

And it's just gonna insert just like that. Adjust it as you need it, and of course, as you know, remove the strips here on the top and secure it with the hardware. So let me go ahead and just retrieve my ruler here real quick and just give you the overall length. And as you can see, we're sitting right at about 10 and 7/8 inches long. This includes one bar, and this is the direct replacement from Lockrack.

So what that means for you is you can trust that it's going to fit right in place of the original. You're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues or anything like that.
