Jeff: Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this replacement storage bin for the Lippert under chassis double bin storage units. This will replace one of the storage bins on your Lippert under chassis double bin storage unit. Those units we do sell separately on our website. They're part number LC125460 or LC175180.Basically those are storage units that are designed to mount beneath your trailer or your RV chassis, and then these bins, there's one on each side.
They slide out on either side and are easily accessible. They do come all the way out. They're detachable for use in your garage shed or at a campsite. They are a durable plastic construction. The lids on them you can see are hinged to the bins and it has a nice finger hole here to let you easily open the lids.
You can see on the inside has a nice ribbed bottom.When this does slide into the storage units, these holes in the side, you can see right here and right here, there's actually spring-loaded steel pins on the storage unit that'll latch these bins to the unit's frame. When you do slide it in, you can see these will ride on the rails right here, slides into the storage unit, and then those pins will lock it in there to keep it from sliding out.Few specs on this I want to give you is the length one end to the other is right at 27 and seven eighths inches long. The width on it, if you turn it this way, we do the width is right at 19 inches wide. The overall height is going to be right at eight inches tall and it is stamped on the top right here, max load 100 pounds, so you'll only want to put up to 100 pounds in it. It is a durable plastic.

Durable plastic bin has a 100-lb capacity.This is the second box like this I have received that was damaged. The first one was just a couple of rivets pulled through on the hinge. I fixed it, was a little annoyed but things happen in shipping. This time the lid was completely ripped off the box. It was packed very well and the shipping carton wasn’t damaged at all so I have to believe it was packed that way with the lid completely torn away from the box. Now I am more than annoyed. I am pissed!!! I can and already have fixed the box but I didn’t purchase a used box it was supposed to be new. If you are going to send me a damaged one at least you could have given me a discount. I am done buying from etrailer if this is the way you do business.
I ordered this on Monday and received it on Friday, that is super fast shipping. The price was excellent and exactly as i expected.

It is working just as I had envisioned it would, highly recommend for those that are short of storage space. I did have to put a couple of holes in the bottom so water would drain
Like the box work great to loose on the bolt want hold them in had to add a strap to hold it in place.
Fast and affordable transaction.
