The product was as expected. My first choice was running around to various establishment trying to get a key made. I live in Columbus Ohio so I assumed it would not be that hard, however I gave up. The price was great, shipping took 5 days. I received two keys when I purchased my camper, looking back I should have immediately used Etrailer.com for a few more spares. Not something you want to be without, for an extending amount of time and too easy to acquire not to use their services. Thanks Etrailer. You have said me. My Son lost his key so we were all sharing one key trying to hide it on the camper, absolutely stupid. For $5.00 I was able to receive two keys and again protect my valuables. Our guns, car keys, appliances, tv, satellite antenna are much safer now that we all have our own key, doesn't really sound like camper supplies but it is 2018.
