E Trailer is a great company. Service is superior! Telephone support is the best-bar none! Please do not let this review reflect poorly on Etrailer. The product identified above is made poorly. Specifically, the key does not fit into the locking mechanism without wiggling or jiggly it to get just the right angle. I don’t believe the company that manufactured this device is at fault either. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for! I’m going to go back to Etrailer and purchase a more suitable locking mechanism. It just isn’t worth using on my travel trailer. As I’ve stated above, do not let this negative review, in anyway, reflect upon the manufacturer and most specifically Etailer!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We bought a used camper trailer that came with one set of keys; I really wanted to have a spare set but no one locally could make the key. I was very glad to find both keys I needed on this website. I paid for the least expensive shipping and they still arrived quickly. They work perfectly. We are very happy with this purchase.

My new key arrived yesterday. I picked it up today. Got back to my rv and tried it out immediately! Works great! etrailer is my go-to place for a lot of stuff!
Find the model number of your key and they send you one that works for a lot less than a locksmith. Regular key makers (box stores) and many lock smiths don't carry these blanks, so this is a great option.
Fantastic! From my initial finding of the website to the prompt follow-up to my email question. The product was shipped immediately and the spare keys work better than the original keys that came with the camper! Loved the follow-up email that came within minutes of us receiving the keys! This will be my “ go to” company for my future needs. I will definitely spread the word to my camping friends!
