Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this Extang Replacement Tail Hinge Cap Kit. This is going to replace the tail hinge cap assembly for your Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Tonneau Cover. Now it is important to note that this will work with the tonneau covers manufactured after January of 2017. If you have a tonneau cover manufactured before 2017, you'll need the EX31830020 Part Number and that is slightly different. So if you have one, that was manufactured before 2017.
Make sure you're getting that other one. If your tonneau cover was manufactured after 2017, this is going to be the piece for you. This is the direct replacement from Extang. So you can trust it's going to work with your tonneau cover. You're not going to have to worry about compatibility, compatibility issues or fit problems or anything like that.
They do include the installation screw here, so you can get this installed right in place of the original. So it should be a great way of getting your tonneau cover up and operational again. This is made here in the USA, so you can trust it's made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the US.
