When using the BAL /Norco special link plates in conjunction with the Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch, a bracket hardware kit (90-02-9360) is required because the Fastway e2's L bracket bolts are welded to the standard link plate and cannot be re-used on the special BAL/Norco link plates. Only one kit is required for the installation of the e2 WDH.

The tongue brackets fit my Equalizer brand weight distribution trailer hitch spring bars perfectly.
After one season of use, have been very satisfied.

Etrailer had one of the best prices for the product and fast shipping. Bolted right on. Works perfect. One more thing - Etrailer had the correct picture of the bracket. Other retailers had a generic picture of a universal bracket which then you don't know what you're getting. Will definitely use Etrailer in the future.

Fits the BAL?Norco frame as advertised. The finish (paint job) could be much better .. too many dings and scratches and flakes right out of the package.
