Today we're going to be taking a look at part number DL70310. This is the Dutton-Lainson Replacement Brake Winch Handle. This is designed for Dutton-Lainson brake winches, models DLB1500 to 2500. This can be used with any Dutton-Lainson brake series winch. Taking a measurement of the length measuring from the center of where it mounts to the center of the handle, that's going to give us a measurement of 9-3/8" long. This unit is going to feature a nice swivel grip handle, so that rotates freely. It's also got the finger indentions in there so you get a nice, safe, secure grip when operating your winch. You can also see that it has the nice bend to it.
This is just a slight offset. That's going to help avoid obstacles and accessories that are on your trailer. It is a thread-mount design so right here on the eyelet it's going to feature some internal threads. That way you can quickly and efficiently get it attached to your winch.
