Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a brief look at this weather-resistant storage cover for the Champion 1600 to 2500 Watt inverter generators. If you're looking for a way to keep your Champion 1600 to 2500 Watt inverter generator protected from the elements then this cover is exactly what you are going to need. This easy-to-use elastic drawstring with cord lock here at the base of the cover is going to secure it over your generator. So as you can see, you just pull that string and then that cord lock is going to keep that string locked into place. And you can see that it's cinched up around the bottom. And so this is going to keep it in place even in windy conditions, and then just push that button on that cord lock and that will loosen up the draw string.
And I have this over a Champion 2500 Watt portable inverter generator, and so it fits perfectly over it. And trying to give you a view of the inside here, the soft cotton fabric liner is gonna help protect your generator from scratches and scuff marks. As you can see, it was easy to remove and it's just as easy to replace. So I'm just gonna slide this over our generator again, make sure that it's covering all the parts here of the generator. So I think we're good.
And then just tighten this up here with the draw string and it is secure. So this tough vinyl exterior feels very durable and that's gonna protect your generator from UV damage, rain, snow, and dirt. And giving you an above view here, it has a feature here that I really like. It has a zippered opening that's gonna give you access to the carry handle of your generator. The handle's not gonna completely stick out, but it's just enough of an opening for you to stick your hand in to grab the handle from your generator.
And you can easily carry this while your cover is on, so you don't have to worry about the hassle of taking the cover off to move this, just unzip it and you are good to go. Now, just some overall dimensions. This is going to be about 19 11/16 inches long, and the height is gonna be about 16 1/2 inches tall, and the width, we're sitting at about 13 3/8 inches wide and it weighs about 0.8 pounds. So if you have invested in a Champion generator, whether it's the 1600 or all the way up to the 2500 Watt generator, to me, this is a no brainer. I would go ahead and pick this cover up as well.
