This review is for the product, not etrailer's performance. Etrailer sent a replacement cable right away. The original Easy Pull cable that came with the Brake Buddy and replacement cable sent afterward, both have poor quality connector pins. Once the Brake Buddy is fully set up, jiggling the cable causes the brake system to disconnect & bleed out the air system & then go through the restart cycle all over. After testing the second bad cable, I ordered two inexpensive 4-way cables and spliced them together, fixing the problem.877277

Too soon to say. I installed a Brake in no Buddy before our last trip, after one week the cable became intermittent and had a bad connection inside. It was difficult for the remaining 4 weeks. This is the replacement. I am hoping it will be fine.

Perfect fit for my Select ii braking system. After several years use the dash connector wiring failed, probably due to bending and curving during hookup, causing intermittent power failures of the brake.
