These S-curved ramps are great for loading ATVs, UTVs, lawn mowers, and other wheeled equipment into your trailer or truck bed. They have a curved design that makes it easier to load and unload your equipment when compared to standard ramps. They're constructed of lightweight aluminum so they're easy to set up, and when you're done loading you can fold them in half and slide them under your equipment for easy storage.
Each ramp has an S-curve that makes loading and unloading your cargo easier when compared with standard straight ramps. The curved shape lowers the load angle where the ramps meet the ground and where they meet your trailer or truck bed tailgate. With a more level loading area you don't have to push as hard to get your object up the ramps, and you don't have such a steep angle when unloading. This gives you better leverage for maneuvering your equipment. In addition, it will cause less wear on your vehicle's engine than driving up a steep slope, and it helps prevent low clearance vehicles from bottoming out at the high end of the ramp when loading and unloading.
The ramp has large slats that provide excellent grip for your tires. Each slat has 8 traction cutouts with slightly raised edges that prevent your tires from spinning on the ramp. There is also a gap between each slat that provides additional traction as your tires roll over the edges of those slats.
The ramps have a large, sloped plate on each end. This provides a spacious platform for your tires when rolling your cargo onto the ramps and onto your loading surface. The plates also provides stability for your equipment when you're rolling it on or off your truck bed.
Two cam-buckle straps are included to prevent the ramps from sliding away from your truck bed or trailer deck. Simply attach the strap ends with the hooks to your truck or trailer, and wrap the looped end of each strap around the ramp. Tighten the straps to remove slack.
There is a hinge in the middle of each ramp. These hinges let you fold up the ramps for compact storage.

Today, we're going to be taking a look at the CargoSmart Arched Centerfold Loading Ramp Set. It's aluminum construction. These are 90" long by 12" wide, and they offer a 1,500 pound capacity. Part number is 3483018. This ramp set's going to be pretty ideal for any of your lighter small utility items, whether it's ATVs, UTVs, lawnmowers, small garden tractors. They offer a 1500 pound weight capacity, so that's going to get us up and above most things that we're going to have around the shop.
Now with the exception of our hinge point, which is very, very strong and durable, the ramp has full aluminum construction. So we're really not going to have to worry about corrosion. You can see the support straps that come across here. Those are going to have raised holes in them. You're going to get good traction there, but also the small gaps we have between as our tires come up, they're able to grab onto that edge, get a good bite.
And we really don't have traction issues when dealing with these. Now, the ramp is going to be a full 12" wide. That's going to give us a lot of room when it comes time to get our tires lined up and get in and on our trailer. Now, as far as the thickness on our ramp, we're looking at about 2" wide, so when folded up, it's going to be pretty easy to store. Now, the ramp overall is going to be 90" long, so whether you're loading into a smaller utility trailer like this, or even going into the bed of a pickup truck, that length is going to help keep our angle nice and shallow, so we're not dealing with real steep inclines loading and unloading. On each end of our ramp.
We're going to have a smaller ramp getting us up and on. You see this on this end is going to act contacting the ground, just to smooth out or transition. On the opposite end, that's going to act as the end that sits down and on the truck or trailer.Another benefit we're going to get with our ramps is the S-curve design. Essentially, that's going to create a very low entry angle as we're coming up. Now, for ATVs, UTVs, things like that, that's probably not that important.
But when the ground clearance gets lower and lower, you're really going to appreciate the fact that the ramp doesn't just stick straight up. It's got a gentle S to it. Now when you're setting your ramp up for use, you'll want to ensure that the lip is resting firmly on the truck or trailer, whatever you're going to be loading into. And then they provide you with these safety straps. These are going to hook on the underside, in our case, our trailer, but you also can hook those onto the safety chain loops on your hitch underneath the bumper. It's a cam buckle strap. And this is going to provide pressure for this ramp. So as we're coming up, it's not going to be shifting backwards. We're not going to have to worry about our lip falling off causing us issues. Then when it's time to store your ramp, of course, you want to loosen up your cam buckle strap. And really, we just need to lift up in the middle, so it's going to fold together nicely. These will also nestle together pretty well. And then at that point, if you just wrap your strap around and tighten it up, kind of keep everything contained for you. And that's going to complete our look at the CargoSmart Arched Centerfold Loading Ramp Set, part number 3483018.

These S-shaped ramps let you load ATVs, lawnmowers, and other wheeled equipment on your truck or trailer. Curved design makes it easier to push your cargo up the ramps, and spaced slats with large tread provide excellent grip for your tires. They are a pretty good product and I would recommend them. I have a stock 2021 Ram 3500 4x4 and a Polaris Sportsman 1000, and the ramps work great. Because of the curved shaped of the ramps and depending on terrain, your ATV hitch may drag when loading and unloading, but presents no issue on flat/even terrain.
The ramps are nice. The are very sturdy and have worked well for loading a golf cart into my truck. The only issue I have with them is that corner and edges are very sharp.
Awesome ramps! I loaded my stock golf cart with a rear seat in my f350 dually and didn't rub anywhere!
