They have the parts I need at a great price. The hitch I bought for my sister's Nissan is a perfect fit. Installation was quick and easy, and saved hundreds.
Quality, heavy duty trailer hitch. Shipping was spot on, no missing parts, everything lined up perfect for my 2015 Nissan Murano platinum. Order the wire brush if you don't have one! eTrailers video on how to install was perfect. I'd recommend spending $8 on some quality rust remover spray as my threads were pretty bad. Would definitely recommend!

Product remains solid, its had a good workout in the past year and hasnt budged a bit or fallen off! Win. Quality paint or powder coating too basically zero rust outside of where I dinged it and scratched it deep.
Purchased a Curt brand trailer hitch system from trailer.com. The service from trailer.com was outstanding. I received the hitch system within a couple of days after ordering. The Curt hitch system was an easy install on a Nissan Murano Platinum. All of the attachment holes on the hitch frame were a mirror match for the car’s frame holes. The Curt hitch is a brute. We pulled a trailer from Houston to Michigan last May and this month pulled a trailer from Michigan, to Tennessee, and then back to Houston. The hitch system was rock solid. Whether it would be installed by a third party or you are like me, able to do it yourself, I HIGHLY recommend you purchasing any items you need regarding hitches from etrailer.com.

Still working flawlessly.
The hitch was very heavy duty and fit perfectly,but,I highly recommend that you get a tap and die kit that matches your frame bolts.The frame holes are most likely going to be very rusty, unless the vehicle is new. Have a professional install your hitch if you're not experienced with a tap and die kit.
Easy to mount on car in minutes and works great. This is my second trailer hitch plus I've ordered bike carriers and other miscellaneous items from Etrailer. One of my favorite vendors.
Love the product experience. Ordering the correct hitch model was simple and delivery was quicker than expected. Instructions for install made it a breeze. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
I installed the hitch myself with not too much difficulty while laying on the ground under the car. The only issue I found was that the center hole on the left side was a little off-center. That was the most difficult part getting the bolt threaded. Took about 1.5 hours with no lift and only one person.
Good product but the paint is terrible. I know this item ends up on the bottom of my car but I don't want it to be be a rusted mess in two years. As I was taking the stickers off with some mineral spirits -- half the paint came off on the rag. It was clear that someone touched up the factory powder coat with regular black paint as it just wiped off and revealed a host of scars - powder coat does not wipe off..These were not just shipping scars..it was clearly touched up at some point prior. I ended up buying a can of spray primer and a can of 3M rubberized undercoating. I hit all the scared area with primer then sprayed the whole thing with undercoating -- this should protect it for a few years and I actually prefer the matte finish to the original glossy black paint.

This was a great purchase and so glad I applied undercoating to it before I installed its takes a beating it would already be rusting if not...
I ordered this hitch for my 2019 Murano. The holes under the body we’re pre drilled so no need to drill any holes. All the hardware came with the hitch and was very simple to install. It took longer to find a 1/2 inch drive socket and extension in my toolbox than it did to actually install it. With the help of my 11 years old we got it installed less than 15 mins. Great product shipping was fast and customer service was above my expectations. Thank you for the great product and I’ll be doing business in the future. I can’t thank you enough.

Its working out great
Hard to ship a heavy item and have it not puncture through the box. This one lost a little paint on the way but was easy enough to touch up. I didn't care for the placement of the brand label, etrailer label and data lable. (Only the brand label was straight.) So I relocated them (easy enough). Installation was straight forward. While I didn't have to drop the muffler, I found that it was easier to start with the passenger side mount. Looking at the finished installation, I feel it would look more finished if it hugged up closer to the bottom of the bumper. All in all, it is a good value.

1 year follow up. Im still happy with this product. The paint seams to old up well and there hasnt been any rust issues.
I purchased a hitch and wiring harness for my 2015 Murano. The harness was so simple to install and incredibly cost effective, truly plug and play. The Draw Tite hitch is well designed and looks great on the vehicle.
The only problem I had was due to a four year old vehicle that has gone through as many winters with salt on the road. The factory weld nuts were closing up with rust scale. I used 30 caliber gun bore brushes on a drill to clean the scale along with WD40, l went through eighth of them. Once that was done I slathered white lithium grease in and on everything and the install was truly 15 minutes after that.
I will recommend etrailer to anyone who will listen, great products at even better price with free shipping.
If you installing a hitch on a vehicle that has been through the rust belt be a realist and be prepared to spend a little time prepping.

An M12 x 1.25 thread tap, will make short work of rusted threads.
It was a great experience ordering online with etrailer, very easy and quick delivery, ordered Monday and arrived Thursday, and the hitch was perfect along with the wiring harness, got everything installed in about an hour, very easy. Very happy,
Perfect fit , only tools listed needed for install. My main uses will be for cycle rack
& all works well so far. Only one compliant , this hitch will not allow my lift gate kick feature to function. Early on I asked the question would it interfere , and was told all should be good, this information came from a representative from Draw-Tite I believe. Other than my issue with lift gate I would recommend this hitch & etrailer for future purchases.

Typically, when a hitch is installed, the hitch will block one or two of the several sensors that actuate the liftgate, specifically the ones in the middle. Therefore, youd want to try off to either side of center. Also, try varying the motion of your foot under the vehicle. Draw-Tite tells me that usually a sweeping motion that goes a little deeper under the vehicle will the trick.
Good quality construction. Easy installation, maybe 20 minutes. Package was tore up and hitch had scratches on it so could have been packaged with more protective wrap. Overall very happy and satisfied with hitch, will mainly use it for bicycle rack.

I received a trailer hitch for my 2016 Nissan Murano in a box in great condition. There were no scratches or anything on the black paint, and, of course no rust. It literally could not have been easier to install. It lined up perfectly with the predrilled holes on my car. I'm a petite lady and had it installed in about 15 minutes, with only my 12-year old son helping for just a minute to hold up one end for me. In hindsight, I don't even think that was necessary, but it help make it a cinch. It has a pretty low profile, so doesn't hang down too far and doesn't stick out past the back of my vehicle. I think it looks great. I don't think the Nissan factory hitch could be any better. It's been on my car for about a year now and still looks as good as new
Great Hitch. I like the Low Profile. 1-10 on Installation Scale, I give it a 3. It was fairly easy. How ever minus the Hitch, installing the Wiring Harness using a Flat 4-wire Harness might require some patience on the Dodge Ram Pro Master City.

Its been a Great Hitch! I tow my 5x8 trailer with it a lot. I even towed a 16 Pop-up Camper from Shreveport, LA to Little Rock, AR with know problem. Its been a 5 Star hitch since installation.
The hitch is great quality and relatively easy to install with two people. One person needs to hold it in place while the other bolts it on with 5 bolts. It seems very solid. I was disappointed that it came damaged in numerous places because the box was obviously not handled well by UPS. The original paint was scraped off and I believe could have been avoided had they wrapped it first in bubble wrap. To avoid having to send it back at my expense, I accepted a $10 credit to buy spray paint. Way to make your problem mine and sell it as you doing me a favor (then you’ll have the paint for touch-up in future years).

When the hitch is installed on the vehicle over time road debris will cause nicks and scratches. It is a good idea to have a can of rust resistant paint on hand for hitch maintenance.

From the get-go I was skeptical about buying a hitch online but etrailer.com did a fantastic job getting the hitch delivered in just under 4 days. Not bad for a heavy piece of metal. Got the hitch and wiring harness installed today. Honestly I'm kinda diggin' the fact that it isn't as hidden as my 2013 Mo hitch was. I kinda like the look of it (minus all the stickers) of course but I will be removing those post haste (sorry e-trailer). Maybe if you give me 100.00 store credit I will think about advertising for you. Any way, all in all I'm very pleased with the hardware and the service I received from e.trailers.com
Bolted up nicely to our Murano. Had a friend help me hold the hitch up as it is heavy to hold in place and insert bolts. Wiring harness was simple to install and worked first time. Pulled a uhaul all over bumpy streets in Charlotte and the hitch performed solid.
Super Easy install and instructions were spot on. Instructional videos are very thorough. I absolutely advise you take the time to make sure the threads are clean as suggested in the video. This will make starting the bolts much easier. The passenger side is a bit tight with regard to maneuvering the hitch into place. Can't believe some of the quotes I got from local retailers to install (with all respect to their expertise and business acumen).

Still humming along. No issues or concerns with the receiver!
The entire process was perfect! Great pricing and free delivery. Just purchased a 2017 Murano AWD and decided to do the hitch myself. Opted for the Draw Tite for the added tongue weight. Using for mostly hitch mounted bike rack. Installed in about 30 min by myself. Fit perfect and looks great. Box was a little damaged where the mounting brackets were, but no finish issues. Etrailer and Draw Tite met all my expectations.
everything arrived and in excellent condition. everyone i spoke with at your company was very customer concerned and knowledgeable. the assembly instructions and video was of great assistance. the total installation time include getting to the factory wiring harnesses getting everything connected and mounted was 2 hours.

ecently I purchased a hitch for a 2020 Ford Escape, slight modifications were required to the subframe to "fish" bolts through. The installation of this hitch to the 2021 Murano was MUCH easier, as the "nuts" were already in place and you just needed to put the bolts in & tighten!
Watched etrailer videos before deciding which hitch to go with. Although the car is only rated for 1,500#, this one has both higher weight and tow capacities... all of them were basically the same price, so easy decision.
Same with the "T" wiring harness... well thought out EASY to install!
Received as scheduled. Unpacked it, was in excellent condition. Installed alone in 15 minutes. Placed the left side of the hitch on a gallon paint can to bring it up close to the frame, seated the right side of the hitch to the frame, and installed the two bolts..loosely. Then installed the left side (3 hole). Went back and tightened all the bolts to spec. Looks great, ready to install bike rack. Highly recommend. Great service, great product, fits perfectly.
Ordered this hitch with wiring and received it within a few days. It was very easy to install, exactly how the video showed. It told about 40 minutes from opening till towing my boat. The lighting wires installed so fast I couldn't believe. I highly recommend this hitch with the wiring kit.

Well, while it was easy to install, looks good, and works great for towing, we discovered one drawback. It blocked my backup camera when using it. So long as we dont keep a hitch installed into the receiver, the camera works fine. Otherwise its a great addition.
