To add a 7-way to your 2013 Porsche Cayenne that will allow you to pull a larger trailer and use a brake controller I recommend the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit # ETBC7L. In regards to parts needed, there would be no additional components for the Cayenne assuming it did in fact come with a factory tow package. Usually when a trailer hitch capacity doesn't quite match up to the limits of the vehicle it's designed to fit, it's because it's also a fit for other vehicles that have a different tow rating.
