For your 2008 Lexus LX570 the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Toyota and Lexus # 3040-P will plug into the factory harness located underneath the dash, to the left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. I spoke with my contact at Timbren and he said they don't have an official torque spec for the hardware on the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TTORSEQ you referenced but tightening all the hardware to around 20 foot-pounds will be sufficient.

Unfortunately, I called my contact at Yakima, and he said that he does not have the spec for the angle of maximum tilt or the length of tilt for the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # Y36FR. The instructions which I have linked for you do not mention the removal of the factory tow hooks if present. However, I have seen pictures of the factory tow hooks and you will need to remove then, install the hitch, and if you wanted reinstall the tow hooks when securing the hitch.

You sure can remove some of the components on the Swagman XTC-2 2-Bike Platform Rack, part # S64670.
If you only wish to carry 1 bike on the carrier, you can just install the components to be able to carry one bike. When first assembling the carrier you can just install one of the hooks on the upright mast, and then only install 2 of the wheel holder trays. It is actually very easy to remove that bar and install the hitch then reattach the bar to the hitch. I have included a picture from the instructions for trailer hitch # C13143 (as well as a link to the instructions). The port you will want to plug your brake controller wiring adapter # 3040-P into will be located under the dash on the left side, behind the fuel and hood latch levers. The brake controller plug will need to be removed from its port, and connected with the wiring harness. If Mercedes installed the factory brake controller harness on your 2015 Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome, it would be under the driver's seat. It would have a green connector. If the harness is not under the seat, then from our experience, it was not included on the vehicle and a brake controller must be hard wired.

I have a solution for you, but the Swagman XTC 2 Tilt # S64671 will not fold up towards the vehicle when not in use, so it's not going to provide you with the solution you're seeking. Instead, I recommend using the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting # S64683 which will fold up and add only 12" from the center of the hitch pin to the edge of the rack when in the folded position; this is compared to the 23-1/2" that the XTC would add when... view full answer...

Yes, you do have the correct part. The Tekonsha # 118255 is the correct harness for your 2010 Lexus RX350, but I think you might be looking in the wrong spot.
