I have a solution for you but there are no trunk mounted bike racks that can accommodate bikes of that weight for your 2017 Infinity QX50. For most E-Bikes the best solution is in a hitch mounted rack. Some of these offer much higher capacity than the trunk mount options.

The Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # Y02445 is the best option we have if you want a platform rack for your bikes. This rack measures 15" from the center of the hitch pin hole when folded up. This is the most narrow rack we have when folded. You would just need to measure 15" out from your hitch pin hole to see if this will fit. We haven't tested the Malone # MPG902 specifically on a 2019 Infiniti QX60, but I can tell you how to measure to determine whether you'll get any interference with the antenna or the rear hatch. For the rear hatch, you'll need at least 16" between the rear crossbar and the line where the roof meets the rear hatch for the box not to interfere with opening it completely.

The Curt # 13554 Class III hitch would work perfectly on your QX70. The Thule # TH9058 Camber 2 bike rack would be completely compatible with the hitch, and your vehicle. When installed, you should have about 13 inches of ground clearance which is enough that any sort of raised adapter isn't necessary. Actually, Thule doesn't recommend using an adapter, anyway.
